I've always bought my Gloria Vanderbilt jeans at Kohl's, but not anymore. From now on I will be buying them at JCPenney. They had a much better selection than the two other Kohl's stores I tried (where I've always gone) and the associates were much more helpful.

Unlinked most retail stores I've been to this one is very clean and organized there's no merchandise all over the floor and plenty of options to choose from.

We had photos taken at the studio and our photographer Lillian was lovely! She took some great shots of our family and explained all the package options clearly. Overall great experience, thank you Lillian!

I went to buy jeans bought 3 pairs for 69.50 each at 30% off and the sales person ask if I had a JC Penney's I said no, well if you get one you'll save even more so I did it so instead of 208.50 for 3 pairs it only cost me 94.86 Amazing!

Rarely shop here but got a good deal on some puffer jackets and came to return one. The place is lacking help, but there was good signage. Pick ups and returns are on the 2nd floor in Home Goods. Goodness, it’s sparse upstairs. I hope they can stay in business. Return was easy but I caught it right. Only one person working the desk.

"Love JC Penney" Great cloths selection! I shop the branch at the solomon pond mall in Marlboro,and it's clean,and has great service. Al in the Mattress section is awesome with his customers. Bought my mattress at a great price,and I'm still lovin it. I highly recommend checking it out. Thanks JC Penney

Great place to shop. Prices can't be beat. We were in the Men's Department and there was a woman salesperson, Carla, who was incredibly helpful to us. She was professional, courteous, and really knew her job well. We would definitely go back to that Department again if we have the need.

I check here often and I mostly fond good deals. The product quality is good.

very friendly staff. good collection of clothes jewellery and make up stuff for women of all ages. The store is clean and has plenty of fitting rooms which really helps
they also have a good collection of kitchen ware. A lovely place to browse at leisure and make purchases

I was spoilt wish options when I visited JCPenney. I think they do a pretty good job at keeping the store organized as well considering the huge size of the store. I have been to stores where I found something I liked but not available in my size. But at JCPenney, you get a large variety and sizes of products. I was always looking forward to going back there before I left.

I always seem to find something for the wife myself and our son. I enjoy the store. Please stock polo leather and the other specialty ones!!

Surprisingly great deals on jewelry, most people think you need to go to these big name stores to get a deal, I would absolutely suggest this store for some shopping or jewelry! Plus the bonus is it's attached to a mall!

Who ever reads this and still posts a bad review just remeber that associates are humans too, and they dont need to be called names, or for you to think that you are better than them just because its a minimum wage job. If you want to complain then you can have their job and have to deal with horrible customers like you. For anyone else have a great day 🙂

New appliance section is great. We have been looking for a refrigerator for months and it has been very frustrating. Many stores do not have any models that fit our space limits, and what they do have is very difficult to find the measurements of. JC Penny had everything clearly labeled with all the information we need to make sure it will fit. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Check out was a breeze and the financing options are great with a store credit card.

Today we had several on line item returns and the clerk was very professional and curtious. My wife was very organized with all the receipts, dates, and order info which made all transactions easier.

Love shopping on Notthboro Ma. Selection are great been a JCP customer for 40 years.

@jcpenny for return of online purchase; service wz excellent although returns are upstairs in rear; the man that gave me directions wz extremely a "gentleman" as he gave me directions & carried my box to the correct location; also received quick service on the return; not a "ton" of questions were asked; just why was I returning? The process was completed quickly, #efficiently, #pleasantly, and with a "smile."

Love shopping at jc penny but mostly online in jewelry and apparel. Store was almost dead these holidays
