Rocky's Ace Hardware

I needed a key made for my vehicle and decided to try this place. The experience from when I called to see if they could accommodate to when I left after the service was completed, was amazing. Very friendly group of people! I recommend using Rockys ACE Hardware in Northborough.

I wanted to purchase a Weber Genesis grill from Rocky’s Ace hardware, however they were not in stock. I reached out to Heather at the Northboro store, who indicated that the grills would arrive mid-November, and she would put one aside for me.

I received an email a couple of weeks later indicating that my grille had arrived, and if I would like to have it assembled? I called the store, paid for my purchase, and gave my Ace rewards number, which qualifies for free assembly, and delivery. I was told that Conner would be contacting me in order to coordinate delivery, which was exactly as indicated. Top quality people, great communication. All of the reasons to shop at Rocky’s Ace hardware.

Derek was so helpful with a project I have going on at home. His knowledge of parts and construction techniques is amazing. He deserves a raise and commendation!

"Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks". It's true. The service is on a different level to Lowes and Home Depot. I love that every time I go, the same people are working there. And they're always happy to help with whatever I need.

I was looking for the end parts for my garden hose, a nice lady walked me right over to an out of the way part of store and helped me out. No face or telling me where to find it and a good luck gesture. She helped me out with a smile, couldn’t have been happier!

Visit often for work. Greetings with a smile an very helpful when looking for your items.

I placed an order online and couldn’t get down before they closed. A very friendly woman was kind enough to leave my order in a safe place outside for me to pick up that night. I was very appreciative.

Another item I had ordered that day was set to come in a few days later. I stopped by tonight to pick it up and was greeted very warmly by the same woman. She retrieved my order right away and I was on my way.

I will also say—they have some very nice products in stock from Yeti to the Big Green Egg. Several different hard to get natural lump charcoals as well.

Had a fabulous experience. I had previously gone to a LARGE hardware store and after receiving the incorrect disinterested advice and becoming frustrated that such a large store didn’t have the simple plumbing piece I needed I went on-line. I happened to fine the piece I thought I needed available for pickup at Rockys. They called to let me know it was there. When I arrived I realized it wasn’t the right one. The gentleman (wish I had caught his name) not only helped me find an alternative, he also helped me fine the other parts I needed. It took no longer than 15 minutes and they actually had more the LARGE hardware store had. Super friendly. I will be going there from know on whenever I can. THANK YOU!!!

Rapid friendly service with the exact items available. Tons of parking and one of the best varied selections including plants and garden supplies. Well trained staff with a good but tight layout. A great small town hardware store vibe.

When I need something and not sure what product to get, I go to Rocky's hardware Northborough. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have asked for a recommendation on numerous visits and have always been pleased by that choice. Steve is usually the person I talk to and find him professional, curious and responsive. All the staff is very willing and quick to help.

Very great hardware store! Steve was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He had an answer for all of my questions and was able to tell me exactly what I needed. Recently went looking for a sink strainer to put in my kitchen drain to catch food particles. Found a wonderful one at Rocky's. While there I noticed they had a wonderful supply of bird seed that I have been looking for in other stores and could not find.

Generally always has a solid selection. Staff is solid and nice. Bert (manager) is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Overall you will pay a little more, but it is well worth it.

ACE is close to me, so for quick runs to the hardware store it's ideal. If I need large amounts of stock, I'll go to the Depot, but if I'm just doing a quick job at the house on a Saturday, ACE is the place... Especially since they have popcorn!

Always helpful. Happier going here than larger places. Have the stuff you really need for tools and hardware, not excessive options.

Living as I do with Home Depot and Lowes nearby, it is amazing that I often find what I need at the local Ace hardware. Whether it's a nail or a grill accessory or a can of paint, Rocky's never disappoints me. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection is astonishing considering that the whole store is probably smaller than Lowes cash register area!
