The Wharf

We went to the Wharf after a dear friends mother's funeral. It was her mother's wishes after her service for all involved to go & get drunk. Well, we didn't get drunk but did have a couple of cocktails & a very yummy lunch. It was a sad service but comforting to be all together. The Wharf & John made our visit a special occasion.

Excellent location and the food quality matches it. The chowder fries definitely stand out and are a must-try here. We ordered the pastrami with side caesar. The sandwich was light and delicious without any unnecessary extra condiments. The side salad was fresh and light easily going together with the sandwich. Definitely recommend!!

This place is a gem!! Jack, our waiter was absolutely amazing, food could not have been better, 5 stars all the way! If I could give 10 stars I would! The swordfish was one of the best entrees my husband has ever had and the Philly cheese steak was hands down the best I have ever had. I am not sure what they do to their fries, but it is magical, lol!!! Drinks don't disappoint on any level. Atmosphere is beautiful, old decor, old exposed beams and lantern lights, and it is a jaws fan dream come true with all the memorabilia! This is a MUST SEE on your itinerary through Martha's Vinyard!

We had a great family meal out at the Wharf. Eddie our waiter was incredible. He was very kind to our son and even let him pet a lobster. Food was good, very relaxed atmosphere.

Great friendly service, beers were cold and tasty , the food was amazing!!! Highly recommended you try the Linguini and clams.

Another local favorite in Edgartown. Great value, great spot. Not afraid of fried food..must try seafood platter. Taste of New England..shrimp, scallops, flounder, calamari. Wharf rum punch a must.

This is a great place to go if you’re looking for picky foods with a casual & chill experience. The customer service was great and all of the food we ordered was really yummy. Definitely recommend this place for some good eats!

Casual atmosphere, good food and friendly staff. Interesting house drinks and an impressive selection of amari.

Our bartender, Joe, was amazing! The service was great, the atmosphere was great, and the food was great! Joe even put the Texas Ranger baseball game on for me! Absolutely no complaints about The Wharf. We will definitely go back!

Service was great. Drinks were good lobster bisque was delicious and Lobster ravioli was to die for.

The Wharf and indeed all of downtown Edgartown was a delightful place to visit!

Showed up on a Saturday in March with 30 people. The staff was excellent in dealing with so many at once! The food was awesome. Chicken sandwich was one of the best I have ever had. Burgers were cooked perfect and fries crispy and hit! The beer was pretty good too ..... Ok great

My husband and I had a delicious early dinner here today. We were seated and served by an incredibly kind, thoughtful, hard working, and attentive server (we didn’t get his name, tall with a lovely accent). A delicious meal plus wonderful service!

Nice place to grab a drink and some food

Enjoyed some of their chowder and split a shaved prime rib french dip sandwich. Chowder was delicious, but the french dip sandwich was outstanding.
The bartender was great as well.

Always have great music at night. Good food and service during the day.

Clam chowder fries, fried pickles and 1.25 lb lobster dinner. All super delicious!
