Lovesac

From the time we walked in until our order came via FedEx we were blown away with the service. The staff at the LoveSac store in Oxmoor Mall were friendly, helpful and patient. We can't thank them enough with their help with such a great experience. We are absolutely in love with our new furniture and it's versatility.

My husband & I bought a lovesac online a few years ago. One of our cats was experiencing some medical issues and soiled a section of the sac one night. It soaked through the cover, the liner, and into the foam filling. The store manager, Mary, reached out and couldn't have been more helpful. If you have kids or pets, I would recommend using a mattress protector to cover your liner in the event of an accident.

We drove the 2 hours to this store as we wanted to make sure we knew what we were ordering. The staff was absolutely wonderful and even with us, ok me, changing my mind on several occasions they showed a lot of patience. I can not wait to see the final product once it gets here.

Justin was very knowledgeable and provided all the answers to our questions. No heavy sales pitch. We don’t live in the local area but saw the store in the mall and was curious.

We will order Lovesac in a few weeks once we know our move in date of our new home.

Because of Justin’s approach we will call to order with him instead of the state we are moving to later this month.

The Love Sac ‘s Staff are very knowledgeable of the products. They were very patience, assistance, informative, and understanding while we were in the midst of reconstruction in our home. As factors such as timing to receive the sofas, discounts (in addition recognition to the military discount too) and debate to sofas elsewhere were vital to our decision to purchase from Love Sac! On an endnote, as I shared with Love Sac’s representative, I appreciate that they ‘Thanked Us’ for doing business with them! We have yet to hear from the floor company whom we just had business with. So, kudos to Love Sac! Mannerisms & quality goes hand in hand with us! Thanks to the staff & our initial contact Axl! (Apologize for being lengthy!)

I bought a Lovsac several years ago and absolutely love it. It has held up well, even with three young grandsons. I have visited the store at the Oxmoor a couple times, as I buy additional pieces when I want to reconfigure my room. The versatility is great. Staff is very helpful!

The Lovesac associates were knowledgeable of the products and promotions. They allowed us time to discuss our options without hovering. They also gave us an estimate for what we were looking for so that we were able to discuss it further at home. Overall they did an amazing job!

The staff (Justin) was knowledgeable and courteous. He was thorough in explaining the various options and layouts for the Sactional. The other staff was just as engaging. Great experience!

Impeccable customer service and a great product! We had a wonderful experience in the store discussing options and choices with Nick. He was so patient and answered all of our questions. Then he assisted us with navigating through placing three separate orders to get exactly what we wanted. Our only issue was a bit of trouble receiving a few pieces of one our orders. A shipping label had been damaged and was unreadable through no fault of LoveSac and a single call was all it took for Collin's attention to the issue. He had it tracked down and on its way to us within hours. We've had our couch about a month now and love the comfort and variety it offers us. There are so many options for seating! We are so glad we chose LoveSac and highly recommend it to anyone looking for new furniture.

I dealt with 2 people during my Lovesac experience. First I called customer service and spoke with Simon. He was very helpful and informative. Next we went to our local store. Before we went I called to check how they were dealing with customers. It went to the answering machine, I did not leave a message but the next day Colin called me back to see what I needed. The day after that we went into the store and I told him that I called and he knew me by name. That was pretty impressive. Colin went above and beyond to help us figure out what we needed. I hope the product is half as good as the customer service we have received so far. Very pleased!

Lovesac in Oxmoor Mall has a great knowledgeable crew to help you learn the modular concept, pick out what you need and guide you to your final choice. Thank you Oxmoor crew, the next time we are in town we will bring our local ski drink for the whole crew!

I worked directly with two reps in the showroom and both were EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable! They even texted with me to help answer all of my crazy questions. We couldn’t find a couch that we could get into our Play Room without doing significant damage to the walls, door frames and possibly even the new couch but this was the perfect solution! It has already shipped and we’re really looking forward to seeing it in the space!

Collin at Lovesac in Oxmoor Center was so helpful with any questions I had regarding services! He went the extra mile and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I also receive text messages from him with exclusive deals and information during this time of social distancing. I will definitely be requesting him when I am ready to make a purchase!

The team members at this location were so nice and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about their product. I felt very comfortable making the purchase right away, which is very unusual for me. They helped me determine exactly what I needed in no time at all.

We stopped in on a whim while on a weekend visit to Louisville and were not expecting the service we received. Since we told them we were just looking, we figured they would just disregard us and help a serious shopper, WRONG! Collin not only respected that we were just looking, he taught us about all the configurations if we were interested in the future. It was such a nice experience to feel valued but not rushed into anything. Should we buy a sofa in the future it will be from LoveSac and specifically at the Oxmoor location.

Outstanding Experience! We went into the store to seek information about the Luvsac product. Nicholas and Beth were wonderful. You could tell that they enjoyed their job as they took great pleasure in explaining all of the features of Luvsac. We left feeling like we just made two new friends.
