It’s nice shopping here ! I saw some amazing stuff

In 2019 or 2020 (I think 🤔, trying to refresh memory) there was a circus 🎪 outside Macy’s and it was really cool and it was just the best and the have pop corn and drinks and a circus show and it was so amazing 🤩, I really don’t have pictures 😔 but… yeah, if anyone has seen it they might know what I mean,(PS, it was on Facebook at that time so maybe that will refresh your memory 😁)

Lady at Chanelle fragrance counter was a perfect gem! True expert, very well informed, extremely courteous and professional. Similar experience at jewelry counter. Shoe department was understaffed due to a call in, but once the 1 girl working the whole floor was free, she was extremely helpful. Good job Macy's! Your employees are certainly making you shine!

I like this Macy's store because of the cleanliness, and variety of products offered. However, the main reason why I keep coming back to this store is the kindness and great customer service of the employee called Zuleyha. This young lady can serve as an example to other employees.

Customer service rep today was exceptional. She handled my issues with a return and then with a shipping upcharge on 2 items I wanted to order professionally, took her time to help and was so sweet. Thanks!

Huge store with a nice inventory of clothing, shoes, etc! The store was well organized and clean. The employees were friendly with finding the sizes we needed. Will definitely be back.

My good experience in the Men's department specifically sportscoats and shoes was a direct result of your staff this past Thursday evening. I noticed how genuine, professional and caring with each customer your employee was even though she was part time.

Order stuff from here all the time, especially my favorite makeup. The last time I ordered something I got a special Clinique sample box, which would be great to give someone for a birthday or christmas gift.. however, the box looked like it had been run over by a truck by the time I received it...not happy about that, because if I was giving this away as a gift I would have liked to have been able to keep it in its original box.

Bought a mattress. Salesman was informative and friendly; no hard sell tactics. Very pleased with the whole process.

Went to shop and return items. There are too few workers, but the ones that are there are super and cordial. The store keeps trying to improve the anesthetics.

Nice mall tongo for a walk and shop around.

Needed new sheets.This is the place to be.Huge selection,great prices.Of course while I'm here,I had to check out the furniture and kitchen supplies .Beautiful displays.Retail therapy at it's best.You could pretty much spend the day browsing all three froors.It's a lot to take in.

Macy's is my favorite place to shop. I like their improvement in plus-size clothing. Hopefully, they will get more designer's plus-sized clothing. Check-out on the second floor needs IMPROVEMENT.

The store is always clean. It is easy for me to find what I am looking for. Macy always has great sales, from purses to pillows.
The only one thing is that some of the check- outs do not have employees there. However, this will not stop me from my favorite store.

I had such a great experience with Rizzy! She works at impulse and helped me find the right shade of lip gloss and liner for my lips!! I love my new shade and I can’t wait to use all my new products! She was very knowledgeable about all the products she was recommended. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! Give that girl a raise!!

Got some couches from Macy, the service was excellent. Shahin Moeini helped me throughout the entire purchase. He was very patient and responsible. I had some issues midway with the shipping and delivery and he helped me with that part too. Excellent!

Good sales. I always seem to find a decently-priced handbag on sale.

Took my wife shopping for her birthday present...found the watch she wanted and 2 pair of shoes that were on sale...Good trip!

It's Macy's they have everything except for the brush that I needed so I had to go to Sephora and they didn't really have it either they only had their Sephora collection there but it's okay still loved both experiences cuz I was with my mom and I miss my mom she's all the way in Tennessee most the time and I live in Kentucky now.

RUDE! (*Update....They now close at 9:00 pm not 10:00 like they used to. No time to shop if you work. They follow you around and tell you every 5 minutes that they are closing! RUDE!) Love everything about this store except some of the very rude employees who talk to customers like dirt, (you know who you are)! Other employees are so nice they know me by name and I look forward to seeing them, the mean ones I try to avoid but they just don't care and spout off anyway! If they don't want to deal with customers then go work somewhere stocking shelves at night so you won't be bothered with people. (I will still shop at Macy's no matter how rude you are!)Love the clothes, perfume, jewelry, shoes and coupons!! The best store from home goods to clothes to eye cream and perfume!
