Kohl's

A person near the entrance was very helpful in helping me find work-out pants. At checkout the store associate cheerfully summoned me to her post. I was unsure of how to claim the current coupon, so she efficiently took care of it and then, at my request, explained the whole transaction to me.

I had the most helpful associate to help me with my purchase. Her name was Sheri’ and she advised me of my email coupon. I was so appreciative.

Wish I could remember lady’s name that checked us out. She was so cheerful and very helpful. Best I’ve ever had in any store.

This kohl's was great. The workers were really nice and I was comfortable going up to them. It was mostly clean and had bad music. But all around a good experience.

Oxmoor kohls is a great store . Great staffing and neat organized store. Sephora is a great addition. The fact you can return some Amazon items is a big plus also .

In this day and time with long lines and unfriendly employees. Yesterday was a welcomed change. I checked out quickly and the cashier was very helpful and friendly.

We found jeans and tops that fit me and we bought my husband a belt. The amount of money we saved with the coupon multiplied because when I got home I ordered more jeans ! Thank you Khol’s.

Great selection of goods at a reasonable price., I had to do a return and the lady at the Customer Service office was extremely friendly and helpful, also had a pickup at the bins next to the Customer Service department and that was very easy. I went back today 2-27 and it was even better, friendly service, great selection of merchandise.

I always like shopping at Kohls, they have very good prices and the employees are very nice.

Have ended up here several times over the past few weeks. Holiday season makes things wild, yet they're doing well. Even if the line is wrapped far from registers, I've gotten up to checkout in about 10 minutes.

Organization/merchandise layout of store has changed. It's nice & they have huge inventory & clearance to browse! Returns are easy! I had 3 different receipts. Clerk processed them all in one transaction! Their programming must be super duper to do that PLUS I believe I finally found my jeans!!

I was so happy with my experience. Everything was easy to find and I found the perfect shoes for my trip to replace my favorite pair that just broke! Not only were they a beautiful strappy rainbow flats, but they are also memory foam and the cost was $16! I couldn't be happier. At the register I then became a card member, I can't wait to go back!
