DICK'S Sporting Goods

This is probably one of the last Dick’s sporting goods store around here that I’ve been too! We generally get the kids new basketball shoes and even for our daughter soccer cleats there as well. They have so many selections to choose from their sales aren’t to bad either!

Johnny/ John in the golf section is absolutely spectacular. He walked my boyfriend through every step of the way, with so much knowledge about the putters, bags, gloves, balls, and irons. We will always come back for him and his knowledge. Excellent customer service and an amazing person, highly recommend him if you looking to purchase anything regarding golf.

I visited the store and I was very impressed by the service and the products. The store was clean, organized and well-stocked. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I especially want to commend employee Brady, who went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. He was courteous, attentive and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me useful advice. He also offered me a discount. I am very satisfied with my experience and I would highly recommend this store and employee Brady to anyone looking for quality and value.

Our go to place for our kids sports. They had a huge selection of baseball and soccer equipment and clothing. The store was clean and well organized. Staff was friendly and helped with glove cleaning.

Matt in the Shoe section was a great help today finding soccer shoes for our daughter. He spoke with expertise and spent a good amount of time with us to ensure we found the best shoe! Thank you!

Came in looking for a specific item that doesn’t really have a specific department. More of an accessory. A staff member helped us out in locating the item. Great service. 5 stars!

The management really took care of us to help us get a backpack. They were very concerned and kind about the challenges we had with finding this particular model and made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

Spencer and Keegan were incredibly helpful regarding the pickup of our treadmill from the Shelbyville Road store! They helped us get all our questions answered, especially regarding warranty info.

We went there to buy a kayak. They had exactly what we wanted in stock, and the young man who helped us with our purchase was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. And to top it off, the kayak was on sale for almost $100 less than it was listed on line! Great experience, all around.

Amazing selection but it will cost you an arm, leg, kidney, and your first born. The quality is great and you do get what you pay for

I had to exchange a Christmas gift for another size. The salesperson was very courteous and patient. She actually went and got the item for me. The whole process only took 10 minutes. On Christmas Eve no less. I will shop there again.

Went looking for a sports golf game - Play Nine. Took time to help me search, but not at this store on Springhurst. Provided information where I may possibly find the game in Louisville metro area. The store is by far one of the best for variety sporting goods.

The manager, Dave Bradow, helped me tremendously by reaching out to me when I had a question about my purchase, which I returned. He was exactly the kind of person you would want to manage your store; professional, kind, intelligent, and expedient in his actions.

Stopped in to check disc golf selection at this location. They had lots of Innova discs and actually had some misc Dynamic Discs also. Very nice

You can never go wrong with going to Dick's sporting goods. They have everything you need and then some. The one at oxmoor center. Off of Shelbyville Rd. Louisville KY. Is 2 floors. Nice

Really good selection. Worth the little extra you pay vs internet. They even will special order my size 15 shoes

Parents live out of country and bought a kayak for my birthday and when I picked it up everyone was great and helped me get it loaded up and on my way
