The guys that worked on our bathroom plumbing were great. Very neat and respectful of our home and great at keeping me informed of the status along the way. Excellent value for the price also. I highly recommend St. Matthews Plumbing.

We were very happy with the work done at our house. It ended up being a very complicated job but they did everything necessary to get it done right and were very communicative all along the way. Pricing was very fair and they also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We’d definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Wow. Josh called before coming as he said he would. Once here, he inspected my problem and gave a fair estimate for the repair. Once completed, he cleaned his work area and left it better than when he arrived. One call and my problems disappeared. Well done!

We called St Matthews Plumbing to run a gas line to our upstairs fireplace. Brent arrived on time and assessed the situation. Tony, the Master Plumber, came a little bit later. Together they concluded that it was too dangerous to run the line. In order to complete the job they would have to drill through the hot water flue, potentially putting our family in harm's way. Both Tony and Brent took the time to show me and explain the problem to me.
Although we are disappointed we are very grateful for the great catch. We are also very grateful that they put safety first. I would highly recommend St Matthews Plumbing. Integrity and professionalism at its finest.

Quick follow up (2 weeks after install) - we ended up going with the toilet that Josh at St. Matthews Plumbing recommended . It was a brand that I wasn't familiar with - Toto. I am so glad we did - the Toto Drake model is wonderful. It uses very little water, fills fast, and flushes great! Much better than the Kohler we have in another bathroom! St Matthews plumbing has done fine work. We had an issue with a bill and their response was fantastic. We highly recommend them to all our friends and neighbors.

They came in and looked at the project and gave me options of what I could do to fix the problem. Then they went into the basement to figure out the piping and discovered a crack on top of my sewer pipe. It was a very old crack and I had other plumbers on the property two years ago that missed the crack. I am grateful they took the time to find it.
