Very clean & friendly place. I love the staff here, & they are so accommodating to you & your pets need no matter the type of animal. I always shop here first for all my pets needs. Although I haven't had very much luck with the live fish sales here. Although there is always a helpful associate working in that department. As an update their tanks now spear to be better maintained. I will definitely have to purchase some to try out. The animals & staff are out of this world and continue to such make it a very friendly environment to both people and pets.

This store is very clean and well stocked. I took my grandson to see the fish and small animals, and they did not disappoint. They had many fish, hamsters, and other small animals. Today, they didn't have any animals getting washed, so we will have to go back.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. I love that a lot of the items especially pet food is usually buy one get second half off or 25% off

Picked a few gifts for my dog for Xmas, was well stocked, place was very clean! Better than Petco. Only problem was short on help, only 1 register open, long line to check out!!!

This was my first visit to this store. I usually take Pepe to the Dover store, they were booked out until May. At this store, they were able to get us in the same day. Emalee did an amazing job, the store was organized and clean. The check out process was great, you were able to pick up your invoice outside the salon. Pepe was able to celebrate his 10th birthday in style. I will definitely return to this location.

My grandson and I love this store. It is well stocked with supplies and sells lots of little critters and fish!

I’ve visited this pet’s smart many times, and honestly its been fun here. Theres lots of fish, cats. The employees were super nice which is always a bonus, would recommend 💯

I got a pet ID tag for my dog. I was able to customize it myself. The machine is really easy to use.

I usually always do online orders and they store always has them ready. Very easy to just pick up at the front quick and easy. Lovely staff

Best HAPPY place for my three hairy boys to go on a weekend. They have thee best treats my tiny guys. The staff is very cool. They come up to you and say hello to my boys and take the time to chat. We absolutely love going there. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.

I adopted my Beardie from here and when he was sick they went above and beyond. Diane and her team were amazing. They gave me updates and were super kind.

My dog is 18 years old. I've had him since he was a puppy. Although this was my first visit I could tell when I picked him up he was happy. After 18 years I can tell when he's been treated well. His cut is adorable. More importantly he's a happy dog.

Prices are good, the store has a huge inentory and they have an attentive, hard-working staff.

I just started bringing my new dog here. So far so good, the staff are really helpful and friendly, including the Banfield employees (veterinarians). One stop shopping at its finest! Dog grooming, vet care, and pet supplies.
