Amazing! They went above and beyond to help me when I realized I wouldn’t be able to do the balloons myself. I also had ordered something the wrong way and they proactively made it right for me.

They also were super kind to my sons, asking our birthday boy all about his party. The balloons they did really made our event look spidey spectacular!

I had an excellent experience there. A young man, I wish I had gotten his name helped me find mustaches for my grandsons bday party. When we couldn't find any on the shelves he looked them up on his phone. Located and found them for onl6 $2. Wonderful customer service!

The have the E-frutti world gummies that went viral on TikTok!! Looked all over for these and couldn’t find them. I hope they get the E-frutti eyeballs next! Really well laid out store, clean bathrooms and the staff and woman at counter were very sweet.

The woman there was able to set up a bunch of balloons on the spot! I was expecting a wait, but it was super fast. Loved it!

I used Party City's delivery service for the first time this year and my goodness was this a game/life changer! This store did such an amazing job with preparing my order! Delivery was awesome! Everything arrived on time and just as I requested in the notes section of my order. Not a single detail was missed and the store went above and beyond to leave notes on each of the balloon bags. Thank you to the team that prepped my order. I normally spend hours in-store and I'm usually beyond frustrated trying to figure out how to transport my balloon orders from store to home. The delivery service saved me so much time and aggravation and for that I am truly thankful!

Placed an online order for party supplies for my daughters birthday which included a balloon bouquet. Picked up last night and woke up to all the balloons on the ground. I went in to ask if they could reinflate them. ( they couldn't) The manager Kim was AWESOME!! She is making a brand new bouquet and having it delivered to my house. That is amazing customer service!

We needed a devil egg tray for a party that we could leave behind and they had one for $5
