Place was recommended to me by my podiatrist. Service is great. More expensive than I used to pay, but quality and comfort of the shoes is exceptional.

Israel helped my husband and I, and he was absolutely incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He made the experience a lot more enjoyable.

This store is great. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. My orthopedic doctor gave me a script for 10% off. They have shoes for every foot problem. Just trip on the machine to have you foot properly measured. And your get fitted for the style and size perfect for your foot needs. Only 3 days, my back pain and foot pain are gone. I could barely walk due to arthritis on the top bridge of my foot for 2 months , my lower back also started to hurt. Insoles and the Proper NB sneaker is went from 2500 steps a day to 7500 do far today not foot or back pain.. Going back to get more colors.

Had to replace a pair of shoes that I ordered online. They were too small. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. Was about to make a smooth transaction and exchange for the ones I needed.

What a refreshing shopping experience. I was promptly greeted by Taylor who asked insightful questions to truly understand my shoe needs. She recommended the 860s and I quickly found one I liked which they had the correct shoe in stock. No need to compromise on sizing like at most large department stores.

My husband and I have bought our shoes and socks here for the last few years and have always been happy with the products and the service! The staff here is fantastic! They always take the time to measure our feet and recommend the appropriate shoe based on what type of walking, running, etc we do. I highly recommend this store!

Awesome little store the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The selection in this store is quite limited for such a big store. Very spacious and clean and they have running shoes, walking shoes, sandals, socks and much more. If you're looking for some good shoes that can improve your health in the procces then this is a good store to try out. Not only will you walk out with perfect shoes but they will make sure the shoes fit the way they are suppose to. It's great customer service. Ps to avoid embarrassing yourself make sure to wash your feet and wear a clean hopefully 2 of the same socks. The employee will get down on their knees and make sure you walk out of their with the right pair of shoes.

We ended up waiting to talk to Greg the store manager almost two weeks afterwards and he was a lot more understanding and we left very satisfied. The next time I go in the store we will only go when he is working as he was a lot more unstanding and compassionate about our situation. Thank you again Greg for all your patience and understanding.

Went in to only get kids feet sized so we could order shoes on website to get 25% off. Store matched website price. Always buy New Balances. Very pleased with the service here.

Love this store. All New Balance. Just sometimes I find something I like and they dont have my size. They dont keep many 13s in stock so I usually have to wait a couple days but they do a good job at ordering or finding them in another store, for you.

Always friendly and professional. In and out in 15 minutes with new shoes and inserts.
