Ja'mea was absolutely amazing at making our two new keys. She was very personable and she actually asked my daughter and I if we needed help. I would definitely recommend her at this specific Home Depot on Churchman's Rd. because of her customer service knowledge and skills.

This is my to go Home Depot in the area. But I’ve always postponed my reviews after my various experience. Today I got there to pickup trash bags and I end up getting some particle board . I was politely greeted by Mr James H. And After finishing helping a couple of guest, I told him what I wanted and the purpose. He went above and beyond and help me with cutting the piece I needed.( he explain to me the cutting policy of Home Depot). Even when I was done and asking more for him, he was patient and taking his time.
That location is always , well organized and their price are great. Their staff are always there for you from the moment you walk through the time you check out the door, and today Mr James demonstrated it very well.

Love the opportunity they provide for DIY Projects. JOHN is a great instructor. The store has all what you need to improve your home 🏠👍

you can build a house only by buying material in that place.being thus a place with an infinite variety of products with good prices.I definitely recommend this place both for building and for making small repairs on buildings. thus having a staff trained in different areas to better serve them!!!💯

I want to give a big Thankyou to Carmen ( supervisor) I think at the self check out. who helped us get a refund for a protection plan after getting told” No you have to call this phone we can’t do that at the store” from a lady at customer service very horrible attitude you can tell she didn’t even try to help out I would think she would since she was the “ supervisor “ at the customer service Dept. We figure asking another person bcs their website says we can get our refund at the store location if not activated. Home Depot please do better and have more people like Carmen as a great supervisor unlike the other lady which I was not able to get her stupid name ! Only 5 stars bcs if Carmen !

I recently bought an over the range microwave on sale! They had to use a forklift to get it off the top shelf.

I came in with a DIY project in mind and a VERY helpful associate named Eddie was super patient and helped me from beginning to end! He helped me figure out my measurements and all! He cut my wood and was kind enough to load it onto the trolley for me. After, I asked him where a few other things were that I needed for my project. Eddie knew EXACTLY where each item was down to location in the aisle. That is what I call fantastic customer service!

Some departments are short staffed, and it was worth my time. Because the sales rep. Stevi is definitely a blessing to this appliance department.

When I took da bus many moons ago. I didn't know the surveillance cameras were government espionage with facial recognition until I researched it. Confirming my suspicions I determined less was more. But only when they told me how deep it was getting. Dude driver held the bus and told passenger he was on the wrong bus.
How could he know this. I did accidentally get on the wrong bus for my regular appointment in Newark. He told me your bus is right behind and will be here shortly. I was not discharged from the #9 to wait for #5. Instead he waited with a load of passengers. DART obviously had my photo in the buss depot. Oh well, what one more.

This is my local Home Depot. I’ve never been disappointed. I shop in store, online pickup and delivery. Never experienced a problem. The staff knows where everything is and know what they’re talking about. When I can’t track an employee I use the app. Awesome. It tells you where the item is located in the store and how many. No hassle returns. I put all purchases on my Home Depot credit card which is linked to my email, so all my receipts go there. When I make returns, all I do is pull up my receipt and the refund goes right to the card.

It must be a great place to work as so many of the employees have been there over 10 years.

My friend needed some kind of home protection device and Jim Q came to the rescue. He took his time explaining the various devices and was very friendly.

Using the HD App to locate what I'm looking for in the store, I almost never have difficulty finding it. l often get a hot dog and chips outside the exit -- tastes good and reasonable price (today, hot dog w/kraut, chips and a drink - $4.00).

I stopped this morning to look at sink options. John took me the sink area. He was very well informed & took time to explain other options as well. I find most of associates at Home Depot to friendly & outgoing. Thank you John at Christiana Home Depot

Pam Cowchok was the most helpful and kind person. My dad only speaks a little English but she was so helpful with ordering flooring. My dad shops at Home Depot every day and she’s always helpful and kind. Thank you for taking care of my dad.

Well stocked, clean, friendly associates. I prefer to visit this store or the New Castle location because I can buy my guys lunch at the hot dog stand right out front. Nothing beats buying lumber while chowing down on a dog with sauerkraut and onions.
