Best Western Plus Elizabethtown Inn & Suites

Overall, the hotel was better than expected. Seemed new / still had that new hotel smell. Front desk staff were some of the best I've experienced in the last few years. And, the salt water swimming pool was a surprise and delight factor.

This hotel is a tranquil oasis! Tucked away from the highway, it offers peaceful serenity. With numerous dining options nearby, foodies will be in heaven. We were looking for a safe and clean place to stay on our way home from Florida. Read the reviews and took a chance! So glad we did. Staff was so kind. Jordan at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. Very low noise levels. Pool clean and open. Only small issue was that they do not provide enough towels in room for more than 2 people to shower, in a 4 person room. But front desk immediately gave us more. This will be our go to spot moving forward on our annual trips to Florida.

We stayed here over the weekend for a volleyball tournament and this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. It was very clean, we upgraded our room and it was so spacious, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly. Ron and Jenn deserve a special shoutout. They were always smiling and ready to help. It was so refreshing to see people enjoying their job and treating guests like family. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!

This was the second time we stayed at the Best Western Plus in Elizabethtown. I purposively booked at this location after our experience last year. This year was no different. The front desk manager, Joe, was more than accommodating, and was very welcoming. Our baseball team had an early game on Saturday, and the gentleman handling breakfast, Ron, went out of his way to open up the breakfast buffet early and even pre-made some waffles for the kids since we were pressed for time. I would highly recommend this location. They treated us like family.

We had a great experience. The manager was extremely helpful, and the room was very clean. The facility was very nice. The front desk was more than happy to answer all questions, and help us.

Great staff, great rooms, VERY clean. We had a suite and it was the biggest suite we've stayed in out of many hotels! ( Didn't have a microwave tho) Saltwater pool. great breakfast!

Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We had a room booked at Holiday Inn right before coming here but they decided they wanted to try and charge us more than what was quoted. Best Western gladly obliged and helped us out. Thanks Best Western and keep up the good work!

Staff was friendly. room was clean, the coffee was fresh, and the breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay. Just got to remember to get my rewards.

Ron made the whole trip. Ron works in the kitchen and is one of the sweetest guys you'll meet. Conversation and kindness goes a long way and Ron has it figured out. Worth the stay if for nothing else, to meet Ron.

The room was very clean. We didn't eat breakfast as we left early morning. We will be back in our travel home.

We continue or road trip with a.stop at the Best Western Plus in Elizabethtown Kentucky. This hotel is just off the freeway on the outskirts of Elizabeth Town. The hotel had a little more noisy and really couldn't hear much unless the room was quiet. Our room was on the backside of the hotel with the freeway off to the left. The room was spacious with a sofa/sleeper, desk chair, and desk. The room had two large TV's one for the sofa area one for the bedroom area. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was pretty standard but had just a shower, fine for us, but people with children might prefer at shower/tub. The room had a refrigerator and coffee bar, but no microwave. According to the front desk, there is a microwave in the kitchen area downstairs that guests may use. The breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, biscuits , gravy, and waffles. There is a very nice open area in this area that is great for breakfast or playing cards or reading. We did one load of laundry, wash, and dry are.both $2.00 per load. The equipment worked well. The fitness center has 2 treadmills, an elliptical, a stationary bike, and a universal gym. There was also a yoga mat and a roller, both of which I used. The front desk was very friendly and could answer questions. There is a business center near the front desk. There are quite a few restaurants in the immediate area. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel! It is conveniently located off the highway - a fact that I was leary of, as most hotels like this are dingy or full of noisy travelers.
This hotel was full, but you wouldn't know it. I was greeted by a friendly front desk worker late at night. She explained their policies and charges, and treated me with kindness and respect. The hotel was beautiful! Rooms were clean, spacious, and decorated with modern accents.
I will definitely stay here on my way through again!

The room was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was really good! We stayed at the hotel due to renovations on our home and will choose Best Western in the future when traveling.

This looked like a newly built Best Western Hotel. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had a good variety for kids and adults. The location was great with a lot food options around and being close to the highway. We ate at a food truck at the FlyWheel Brewery. This place was how a hotel should be ran...I stayed at a Best Western in Brentwood, Tennessee. It was the worst Best Western... I woke up with bed bug bites on my leg, construction material in the hallway, trash in the back lawn, and the breakfast was minimal. This hotel restored my trust that not all Best Westerns are horrible. I will gladly stay at this Best Western in Elizabethtown.😊

EXTREMELY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AND GREAT RATES

My family stopped at this hotel on accident. We were looking for a hotel right off the exit but everyone we called was $175 and up for one night. We are on a road trip and only needed a place for a night.

The hotel is new and I dont believe the tub or beds were ever used lol. The room was very comfortable and peaceful. The complimentary breakfast was good and they serve free coffee all day. We will definitely be back.

Apparently this place is a newer hotel. I had a great experience here. My room looked clean and smelled clean. The bathroom has a bath tub / shower hybrid, for those who like baths. Included a refrigerator, TV, office desk, several lamps, a closet, alarm clock, hair dryer, and a little coffee maker. Climate control worked great. The room did not include a microwave however. Check in was quick and easy, and it sounds like the checkout process will be too.

There was someone stomping around in the room above me around midnight, and despite the fact that there was only one person working in the whole hotel, who by the way was overdue to be relieved by a coworker who was running late, still took it upon himself to investigate and address this issue. Thanks Joe!

The personal treatment was excellent.. the room was clean and so was the air. Beds&pillows were some of the best we've experienced. And Angela L.(?)was the best we've ever experienced in the hotel/motel business.

The staff were so friendly. We stayed during a weekend that travel ball teams were flooding the place. I would be surprised if they had any vacancy. Yet the walls were thick enough we weren't disturbed. It was clean and the breakfast was really good. Mel, the lady that works in the buffet area, was so accommodating. With all those people she still kept up. Clean. Comfortable beds. Would recommend.

We had to go back home for a funeral and stayed here for two nights and it was amazing. It made a really sad time relaxing and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, the lobby is very inviting and CLEAN! All day coffee and tea was a big added bonus.The rooms were large, super clean and comfortable. The beds were super soft with 4 pillows per bed. The bathroom was super clean, spacious and well lit. The hot breakfast was very good and the attendant was hilarious. Everything was really inviting, clean and comfortable. Highly highly recommend.
