Kroger

I drive an hour to shop (in-store) at the location on Dolphin Hills. The store is clean, the selection is in-stock and in-date, the store is zoned. My primary reason for completing this review is the exceptional checkout service provided by Zay and Zy. They have rang up my groceries twice and it is an incredible experience. They are friendly, kind, patient, and so fast! I am going to look for them from now on. I almost asked for a manager last time to ensure they were praised for their great service. I will do that next time. I know most reviews are negative both in store and online, but I have nothing negative to say about this location. Clean bathrooms, great service at Starbucks, fresh selection...

Great store to visit, great employees. Shop at least 4 times a week!!!

It was crowded with so many people trying to get last minute Easter food. But after making making my choices the line was quick. I wasn't so sure after seeing such a,long wait line. Even the self check out was full. But it only took a few minutes in line before my turn. I dont remember the last time I'd seen so many people working so fast deligent. My items were packed and ready as soon as I paid. Nothing was cracked, broken, squashed or left behind. I even was given assistance putting the heavy objects in my car. Kroger us getting better everyday. They've really hired an awesome staff ,

I've been working at the Kroger warehouse on and off for 10 years and I've worked at a Kroger in Louisville and this has to be one of the cleanest Kroger's I've been in. There's always wide selections to choose from, whether it's meats from the deli, meat dpt, milk, cheese, bakery, etc. I got real excited when I found this white BBQ sauce! I only ever get it when I go home to Alabama. Very friendly employees also!

The best place for discounts! This employee was a top above the rest. Ask Ashton if you need any help and say hello to her, she would love it!

Just a clean and good place to shop

This Kroger Grocery Store has some of friendliest staff that I have ever seen. They were very helpful in helping me find the items that I was looking for. The store is very clean and well laid out. They have a great bakery and meat department as well. They carry some specialty items that you can't find at other stores.

Always clean. I love the Simple Truth line and have always been happy with the quality of anything purchased here. The ClickList program is a lifesaver as someone with a toddler. Prices are great and the sales are even better. Variety of international foods and a plentiful beer selection

There are lots of reasons to love this store more than the other in Etown. It could just be personal preference, but I really like the way the store is laid out, especially around the deli. It is SO appreciated that they preslice and bag some of the nicer lunch meats and cheese so I don't have to wait at the counter. Of course, I have no problem waiting, but the grab and go is so convenient, I just love it. This is one of the main reasons I shop and love this store most.

Sometimes the sales are unbeatable. Love the digital coupon clipping too.

Edit: I'm a very quick in and out shopper, I think that's another reason I always tend to go to kroger...it has just the right ratio of selection / not being stuck there all day like walmart (if you go around peak times and winter storms!)

I wish there were more stars! There's never going to be a store that has everything you need or perfectly timed cashier's. What this store has is wonderful service! Shout out to miss Carol in floral for helping my grandson buy his first Rose for his mommy and to Sir Antonio the cashier for going above and beyond! Hats off to dolphin drive Kroger. Thank you for making mine and my 3 month olds experience perfect!!

Friendly staff, great choices (sometimes too many!) And convenient location. Prices sometimes higher than others when not on sale but common items often on sale so it works out well. Love the digital coupons, extra coupons in the mail and Click List!

My favorite Kroger location out of all the places I have lived. Great variety and options in all departments. Very clean at all times and very friendly helpful staff. A few items are seemingly almost always out of stock, this really is the only negative. Have always appreciated the savings that come with my Kroger card, (Don't try to shop here without one, way too expensive.) Downloading the app and being able to access e-coupons and store deals has only added to the savings. Earn fuel points with every purchase and save even more money getting gas!

This is a great grocery store!!

Always treated with respect and kindness. Always ,I mean ALWAYS FULLY STOCKED. And believe me when you have worked all day and have to stop at the grocery before going home - you don't want to stop at 2 or 3 different stores to get what you need. I go with 5 stars all the way across. Thank you all.😄

This Kroger has an amazing cake decorator! I went with an idea that was not in their book and the result was more amazing thank I even pictured!! Give that employee a raise and ensure she stays!!

Love this location. We use the Clicklist™ service and they are always excellent. Never takes longer than fifteen minutes from the time we push the call button to when we are pulling out of the parking lot.

Employees are very helpful . baggers should not put bread in with heavy items so bread does not get smashed. It's just something you learn when you're older and have to pay for your own bread.
