Bluegrass Animal Care Center-Radcliff

First time Mr. Lou has been here and he loved it! The staff is very friendly and cared about him. He was not afraid and the whole visit went quick. The prices are reasonable so you don’t leave feeling like you just gave up your savings. I would recommend this vet!!

I've been wanting to take my pup to a vet that I feel comfortable with, that will know my dog and her issues. A place that actually cares about her and treats us with kindness and empathy and listens to my concerns and helps. Well I definitely found it here ❤

I called and made an appt, the worker on the phone was friendly and efficient and got an appt for me quickly.

I brought my girl in on the day of, filled out some paperwork and talked to the tech for a bit about whats been going on. She listened, checked her, wrote everything down and loved on my dog and gave her lots of attention. My dog absolutely loves people so she was in heaven at this point lol.

The vet and the tech came back and we all talked about everything, my dog was a little scared of the table moving up, but they both gave her lovins and she felt comfortable. The vet checked her out and was very gentle. He then talked to me about everything while the tech took my dog very happily to get weighed. She then recieved her shots which she hated of course, but both techs were very sweet and gentle with her and gave her a treat.

We left with some allergy medicine and very clear directions on how to administer it, our next appt for her booster quickly made and all of my concerns were heard and taken care of, I felt so much better. The total cost of everything was surprisingly low, I asked the tech to take my card quickly before she changed her mind lol.

Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the care and attention given to both of us. It's refreshing to know we chose somewhere that cares about thier patients so much even at the first meeting. My pup left so happy and when I mention the vet, she gets all excited lol. Can't beat it.

I recently took my cat Max to Bluegrass Animal Care Center in Radcliff, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Max was nervous at first, but the vet put him at ease quickly. Max is doing great now, and I'm so thankful for the care he received at Bluegrass Animal Care Center. If you're looking for a compassionate and professional veterinary clinic, I highly recommend them.

Good service. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Prices are fantastic. Wait time in the practice is very reasonable, and the time between scheduling and visit is shorter than most others.

The office staff of any company are the mascot's, they are the face of any service provided. The office staff at Bluegrass is top tier, friendly, welcoming, informative and THEY SMILE. I highly recommend them, great place to have your pets cared for and your concerns addressed.

Just had my first visit with Bluegrass ACC in Radcliff. I am always very picky about where I take my pets because I want them to get the best standard of care—Bluegrass Animal Care provided that! The staff were helpful and friendly from the first phone call to checking out from our appointment. The prices are very reasonable. I don't feel like I had to break the bank to get the care my pets deserve. Highly recommend!!

They've done really well with our animals and have always been understanding and quick to respond to questions we've had. They've been very flexible with us and our work hours about getting the dogs in, us coming by to get medicine or any other issues we've had for them. Unfortunately we have had 2 dogs that they had to out to sleep for us do to age and health issues. Even then they were very compassionate and allowed us to have time with them at the end. They worked with another company to have the dogs cremated after the fact and had the ashes brought into the office to be picked up, along with a clay paw print that was unexpected but touching. Little things like that is why we will continue to use them for all of our pets.

We had been going to Country Critters before this because it was very close to our home. We needed our dog neutered and they quoted us an astronomical price. We called Bluegrass Animal Care Center and were able to get our dog in within a couple weeks with a cheaper price. They were nothing short of professional and super good with our dog! Thank you for being our new vet in town!

We love this vet! Always has great advice and is awesome with my huge dogs. I take all 3 of them in at the same time and they are always so good with them.(120lbs American bully dog, 60 lbs bully, and 20lb pomeranian)

Great staff! Our Nubs (cat) was sick and they were able to make time for him same day. Very appreciative for their help and Nubs is doing much better.

We have 4 dogs. This is our vet. Today I called after 3pm asking for emergency vet number because I just knew they wouldn't be able to get us in with one of our sick dogs. Not the case-they said bring her up so we can take a look. X-ray later, some meds and we are on our way home. Affordable bill too! Thank you Bluegrass Animal you saved us a trip to Louisville late in the day and I know money as well.

They really take their time answering our questions and recommend products they've personally researched which I really appreciate hearing. They're always gentle and loving to our cats. They even see our goats and chickens who they're always excited to see and so kind to.

Awesome people and my dog or I should say my son's dog absolutely loves them they are very kind and know what they're doing

As difficult as our Ranger is they show the utmost respect and make his vet visits a smooth process every time!!

Really love this animal clinic. Very professional and helpful in finding the best care to help with your fur babies. Had the worst luck finding a vet to care for my dog and this place was my last hope. I wish I found them sooner because they were able to get my dog the help he needed to control his allergies.
