This was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at urgent care. The young lady at the front desk was super kind and helpful. The nurse was very pleasant and absolutely wonderful. The provider was very well spoken, very kind and very thorough with her diagnosis. They will be my go to for urgent care.

I registered online the night before so I didn’t have to provide that again. They talked to me about my high copay and discussed alternatives. And they very quickly got me back and diagnosed with medicine on board (a shot) and prescriptions sent. All in all, one of the very best urgent care experiences I have EVER had. And, just to note, I am not from the area, so I was hoping for a homerun by avoiding the hospital system’s urgent care where others might flock. I was not disappointed. Highly recommend—with insurance or without!

Dr Veronica and her staff put me at ease from the Friendly Front Office to the Caring Nurse. Veronica is Kind and Gentle, she saved me a trip to the ER. I appreciate the excellent C❤RE and Trust God to BLESS her as she continues to be such a WINNING Provider 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’m so grateful for this place. The other immediate care turned me away I got here just a few min before they closed. They didn’t rush me they took care of me just like I was the first patient of the day. I loved the dr she still gave great patient care even with my anxiety high I felt relieved and blessed. Thank you so much and again sorry I got there at the last minute. Great staff sweet friendly non judgmental. Will be back.

We made an online appointment for a sports physical. The online system is very user friendly! There was not wait time once we arrived. All staff was extremely professional, especially the nurse she went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place !!

I've had to come here twice and each time, everyone was lovely. Receptionist, Nurse, Doctor. They were patient, helpful, kind and I was in and out in under an hour without feeling like a number being rushed through a cattle gate lol

AMAZING!! My husband and son were in and out in less than an hour! My 4-year-old was spoiled with popsicles, coloring items, and stickers while waiting for test results. I’ll definitely be using this one next time!

Everyone is very friendly and professional. They explained how long things would take and what they were doing. I have gone there a couple times and always have a wonderful experience.

Staff were very friendly and professional. There wasn’t a ton of paperwork to fill out as a new patient. The reception staff were very knowledgeable & answered my questions without hesitation. Wait time was decent and you could tell they did their best to quickly see each individual.

The two rooms that I visited during my visit were very clean and presentable. I did not have to wait long to speak with the nurse practitioner/doctor. They explained my test results and clearly advised me of my treatment.

As soon as I left and went to my pharmacy, they had already put my prescriptions in to be filled. I would highly recommend you visit this location for your urgent care needs.

I would highly recommend this urgent care. The nurse practitioner is amazing, great bedside manner and only wants to help those who walk in the door. The long light platinum blonde haired nurse was also amazing and so nice! Receptionist was awesome too. I was in and out in no time and was helped a lot! I usually drive 45 minutes to fast pace but will be saving time and driving here instead!

Fabulous. This little clinic hustles! The gal at the front desk managed no fewer than 40 customers in the two hours I was there. She was exceptionally professional, patient and never lost her bearing! She dealt with some extremely rude patients and she refused to let it rattle her. While we waited a little more than an hour (many, many sick people!) she managed our expectations with accuracy and worked her tail off to keep incredible pace with registration. From the time we were brought back to be seen, it was exactly 19 minutes to have our vitals taken, intake compete, see the provider, and have a script called in! That was awesome! This place ran impressively and you could tell it was their collective priority to effectively and thoroughly treat patients with diligent efficiency. We will be back when necessary. Worth the wait! So impressive!

My daughter and I went in for a rapid COVID test and everyone was so nice and professional. My daughter had a few questions for the medical assistant and she was so kind in answering her and I apologize but I don't remember her name. The whole staff made our visit quick and enjoyable. The wait was short also because we were the only ones there at first. My overall experience was great and I would highly recommend others go there for minor medical issues.

Friendly, clean and quick! My daughter was feeling terrible and we were in an out in under an hour. She threw up all over the waiting room and they didn't get upset at all.

I went to Rapid relief urgent care today for a persistent cough I've had for a couple weeks. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Every one was very kind and professional, the nurse practioner was excellent and very helpful. Much better than the service I received in a medical office last week. If the NP had her own office; I'd be the first patient.

Absolutely the best service I've every had at an medical facility. From the moment I walked in the front door to exiting. Every single staff member, nurse, doctor was hands on and professional. It takes alot to calm down my son. A son that has extreme anxiety. They concord calming him down from the front desk and on. Thanks for the best experience!
