The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked but the room was pretty nice otherwise. Pet friendly room that didn’t smell like another dog’s urine, bonus!

Good place to book for a weekend. The pool was extremely well cleaned, the work out room was stocked with water and clean wipes. The only problem I did have was I couldn't control the heating or cooling in my room, and the drain topper was stuck so we could only take baths. But the beds are comfy and fresh smelling. Other notes is the tv had no information on it even from the guide. Other then that the front desk was super helpful when ever we needed anything from food coupons, towels, and tp. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very clean, the staff were very accommodating, breakfast was always nice and fresh, pool was nice and clean and in a decent location, close to alot of attractions and easy to get in and out of. We will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend this location. Beds were very comfortable and the showers were nice and updated and as warm as you need them to be! Thank you for the excellent service and stay! Hospitality at its finest at a great price!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Great value for the cost. Very friendly staff. They are undergoing renovations so there were some minor inconveniences. The staff handled this appropriately by asking specifically about any issues with the room. I let the woman at checkout know that there was no towel bar in our bathroom, and she made a note of the room number.
Highlights: very comfortable bed. Like new mini fridge. We didn't have time for breakfast, but it looked great and had varied options. It wasn't good swimming weather, but the pool looked clean and well maintained.

3rd time staying here :
This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and every visit the staff has been friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the staff always provides extra towels or anything else you might need. The beds are comfortable with a minimum of 4 pillows on each. There is a nice breakfast area with your complimentary typical treats. A great place to stay!

Staff was very friendly and helpful during my week long stay- Manager Jeffery went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Was very quiet and the outdoor pool was phenomenal. For the price and the location couldn't have asked for better!

A very nice clean hotel located near many restaurants and attractions. The property is conveniently located right off the highway but its location is quiet which is nice when you're trying to sleep. The beds are soft and there's a heat lamp in the bathroom which is a nice amenity I'm not used to. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Definitely a place I'd stay at again if I'm ever in the area.

Clean, comfortable beds, room was very accommodating and I could tell it was thoroughly cleaned. I'm very particular and never sleep under the top bed cover because most hotels don't wash those, they only wash the sheets, pillowcases and lightweight blanket. That's a tip over learned over the many years of traveling and living from hotel to hotel. Decent price and I would stay again if in the area and needed a room.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We were hesitant based on some of the reviews, but we took a chance. The front desk clerk was so nice, the room was clean and did not smell like smoke like a lot of older hotels do, there was ample parking, and the hotel was in a decent location. We would stay again for sure.

Such a clean, comfortable room and bed too. Love the extra pillows. Fridge and microwave are very convenient. Super friendly and great staff. The lady at the front desk walked all the way to the room to make sure we had 2 beds before checking us in. Awesome customer service and hospitality. I Will come back next year!

I had the best nights sleep the beds were soft and firm. They have a nice size hot tub and an indoor pool. The breakfast was good coffee was good. I was very comfortable here. Nice place to stay I really liked the staff they were very friendly and knowledgeable

Spent the night here. Room was clean and well stocked, was quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was a good example of standard continental fare: fruit, eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, and the almost mandatory waffle maker. 9/10 would stay again if I find myself exhausted nearby.

Large clean room. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, HOT breakfast . Next time we head down to Georgia to visit family. We will definitely stop for the night here again.

Comfortable beds. 4 pillows to a bed, awesome! Staff super friendly and helpful. And for a continental breakfast you get a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage links, and gravy with biscuits! Will for sure stay here again when in the area, specially for the price. Thank yall for the good night's rest.

My first time staying here. The room was large lots of space. Bed every comfortable. Breakfast was good. Another great night with my love M.R on this trip. Would definitely stay at Quality Inn & Suites again.

Spacious, clean, quiet room. Breakfast looked and smelled good but we didn't have time. Same with the pool. Nice beds, towels and food water pressure in the bathroom.

The staff was attentive and easy to communicate with. The hotel location is very convenient if you are driving north into Louisville, KY. The room was spacious and clean. Would stay here again!

Front desk gentleman was very friendly and understood our special request. Non smoking. Our room was very nice and smelled clean too. Great place to stay.

This property is at a price point between the local bargains (which are often quite good) and the bigger, more expensive chains. At it's price point, it's a great place to stay.

Access can be a little tricky, as sometimes happens when a number of business crowd for access near the highway. The driveway is just east from the fuel depot on the south side of the cross street. It's marked, but it's a small sign. Just pretend you're going to refuel at the BP/Five-Star County and you'll find it.

I was greeted by a pleasant staff who were efficient in getting my checked in. I did have a reservation. Access to to my room was through a nearby door, so schlepping my gear was not that hard. The room was large and clean and stocked with the expected amenities.

My Girl (service dog) and I walked through the maze of a hallway back to the lobby to get a fresh coffee and some sucralose for a tea I would later make. The breakfast area was large, not crowded, and bright. It was also quite clean.

The night was quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast the next morning included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy (decent enough), and plenty of carbs. I grabbed a couple of apples for the day on my way. Checkout was easy... I left my "keys" in the room.

Now that it's just me and the Girl, I'm no longer reluctant to try less expensive properties on my travels. Sometimes I find gems; sometimes not. Although I wouldn't call this a gem because I expect the level of service I received at this price point, this property is a good value for the cost.

One just has to have reasonable expectations. I didn't expect a $200 hotel at about $75, so I was not at all disappointed.

Oh yeah, there is a lane behind the hotel that leads to an earth embankment (dam). The area around the lake is private property, but public access is permitted to the dam and lake adjacent to the structure. This was a great place for a morning walk with the Girl, even on a brisk November morning.

Friendly helpful staff. Nicely kept hotel. Great breakfast choices. Good parking. Easy in and out. No complaints as a good Choice Member.
