Aaron also arrived in a timely manner & as I had both plumbing and HVAC work being done at the same time, it was a pleasant surprise to be able to get both teams scheduled so close together. After I briefed Aaron on what I wanted & needed, he explained to me what he would do to get me what I wanted. I needed a bathroom sink replaced and a whole house water filter system installed I had the sink and water filter already, gave them to him and he went to work. Aaron did a great job and in timely fashion, even after dealing with challenges of old pax lines & drains not lining up. Aaron was very professional and his skillful knowledge allowed him to complete the two tasks in short order. Again this type of professional way of doing business is one of the main reasons I continue to call Knight’s Mechanical for my service needs. I would buy Aaron lunch for sure. Great job Aaron

Updated: Paul returned when we discovered we still had a major leak (no fault of his). The issue was fixed pretty quickly. Again, we were very happy with Paul and the service!

Aaron C did an excellent job. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He somehow managed to cut through part of a plaster wall with minimal dust. After that, he had the pipe replaced very quickly. Thank you!

Professional, knowledgeable and efficient were all attributes of the Plumber that came out to fix the pipes that were leaking. I can’t say enough about how great he was. I have used the services of Knights Mechanical twice in the past year. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of repair done. I feel confident in their services provided. Paul came to clean out our main drain. Thanks to his diligence he found that the main was fine and only our kitchen sink was stopped up! I was so pleased with his integrity I brought him back to install a new sink base, sink, faucet and redo the drain. I'm more than pleased!!!

Austin and Bryan were top-notch. They were efficient with their time and told us how and why they'd take care of each problem encountered. We appreciate their quality work.

Fantastic job. Had a leak at 7:15. Called and they said someone would be at my house in two hours. They were. He did a great job. Knew exactly what to do and did it quickly. Problem resolved by 11. I will definitely call Knights Mechanical if I ever have a similar problem.

We had Paul S. Came and worked on our toilet that had completely quit. Very knowledgeable, friendly and very customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He deserves more than just a lunch.

Clayton was excellent. Arrived promptly and easily diagnosed the issue with my furnace. Though he couldn’t fix it as my problem was in the breaker panel, his suggestion was spot on and now I’m up and running again.

Had a unique plumbing issue and Paul was very patient and professional gave me good options and suggestions. Fixed another problem seen while he was here. He cleaned up his work area. He changed out some improper hardware to something better suited and more appealing.
Paul has worked on some of my other properties before with good results and positive comments from the renters.

Service call by Taylor P and his apprentice, Tristan, was done very professionally and thoroughly. Taylor & his crew responded to all my questions and requests. The service call solved all my known problems and Taylor’s diagnostic procedures for both of my HVAC units reassured me that there are no other areas of concern. An excellent job.

Austin was great! Very helpful and informative. Installed a water heater, replaced some fixtures, repaired a leak, and fixed outside faucets. Was professional and friendly. I have used Knight's before and will use them again.

Austin H. and Austin Co. did an amazing job. They were able to show up the same I called to install my shower valve. They were nice, didn’t make a mess, and very efficient. I would call them again if/when needed. I cut the access hole in the wall, that wasn’t their doing, so don’t blame them!

Paul is 6ft 6in tall and 250 + pounds but he got on my floor and worked like a CHAMP.
His work ethic and customer service was Excellent.
