McDonald's

It was relatively busy and we had a large and fairly complicated order, but they did a great job. We did get an incorrect sandwich, but they quickly fixed it. Bathrooms were clean and functioning. Decor was modern and the dining room was immaculate. They really took pride in keeping it clean. Everyone was friendly and professional.

A great staff here, this is a poplar location, being right off of I-65, and the staff is always working hard to get everything done quickly and accurately. No matter how long the lines are, I never wait more than a few minutes to get my order in, never had to wait in the vehicle for anything. Great staff and management here.

I don't know if the app shares this, but I had to put in this review from October of '23. The family went on a road trip and needed a quick breakfast to get us on the road and stopped at this Mc D's. Wow does not even cover it. Our normal expectations for fast food is kinda/maybe hot, it's something to just get us by, because that's what we normally get. This location blew our socks off. Piping hot, fresh, great texture, not overly greasy, fast, and courteous. I used to manage at a fast food restaurant and this team would have been a blessing during an inspection. It's like they were making food for one of their commercials instead of being a real location. I know I sound like I'm rambling but I am still blown away and remember this Mc D's months later and was so happy to have found the receipt under the front seat when doing spring cleaning so I could give this review. Absolutely fantastic, this location needs raises to reflect how great it is. They seriously need to come to West Michigan to teach them how to do it correctly. 100 out of 10 recommend this location and wish it were local!

Every time I come here for breakfast, the staff is always friendly. I get my food fast, and it's always fresh. My order is always correct.

My son and I were between appointments so we decided to stop in and have lunch. Everyone was super nice. They were pretty busy since this location is right off of I65 so there was a little bit of a wait but not long at all. The food wasn’t exactly what I would call fresh since it was only warm and not hot when we got it and my filet had a grill slip which meant they had to do something special to it in my case no tarter sauce 🤮😂. So it definitely should have been hot. The fry boxes were barely filled and I commented on it and she gladly filled them full and said they had been told not to stuff them. I said hun they were barely full let along stuffed 🤷‍♀😂. We chuckled and she apologized. Even still they were only warm when we got to the table to eat. But it didn’t affect the taste much but that could have been from our being so hungry too😂. Even still the staff we encountered were all very friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant!

Great customer service. They were having problems with their grill and the manger refunded me and gave my the rest of my order. Very nice

Javion took my order in the drive through and was so kind, made my whole night.

The employees were some of the nicest and friendliest people! My wife and I both remarked about how courteous, quick, and nice they were! Definitely go here if you need a quick bite! The food was good, but the service was excellent!

What a team! Everyone is kind & helpful. The cashier at the inside counter, I believe her name is Tina, is particularly helpful & wonderful. She had a big smile & greeted everyone as if they were old friends. I had to walk over & complement her on her great attitude after I finished my breakfast. The coffee was fresh & just the right temperature. The sandwiches were properly wrapped & looked just as you see them in the pictures. Great job & pleasant start to my day. Thank you very much.

Our food was hot and fresh. It was one of the best I've ever had. The employees were very nice and friendly they were quick too. Our order was correct rarely happens at any other one we've been to. But this location is awesome

It is worth stopping for food, just for the smiles and welcome from the staff. They always make my day a bit brighter after working all night. I have had excellent service and experience at this McDonald's.

We ordered right before closing. The young lady at the window was absolutely so kind and accurately filled our order. Food was fresh and tasted awesome. I can't believe she had that good of an attitude that late at night. I know she made our rough evening better. I wish I knew her name so I could give her props publicly. Thank you young Lady. U R awesome.

My cashier Randy? (He didn't have a name tag I had to ask 😭😭) was very friendly and helpful, he was very patient when we had to wait for our drive through codes to load! Will be here again when I'm hungry for a quick meal

The food is actually made correct and its fresh... Crew is always welcoming and nice.. Highly recommended.

I’ve never left a fast food review but this is specifically for their morning team. Customer service was top tier for a McD’s. The food was… McDonald’s… but it was hot and the coffee was great. The morning shift definitely deserves some recognition.

We were at this McDonald’s at 8:45am, on Sept 27, 2020. The young lady who took our order was as nice as can be. She asked questions to verify our order. Very conscientious. Excellent customer service skills. The young lady who handed us our food was equally as pleasant, with excellent customer service skills. These two ladies could teach a thing or two about customer service to workers in Louisville.
