AT&T Store

The sales Rep Chris did an amazing job battling an abundance of customers prior to the store getting ready to close. Although he was on a time constraint, he made sure that we were taken care of and answered all of our concerns to the best of his ability. If I could choose him to work with every time I would. He was very patient and respectful

Everything was great! Mazlynne K. was our rep and she was phenomenal. Listened to our issue and took great care in fixing our issue and even sold us 2 new phones and upgraded our plan for our Chevrolet dealership. Totally professional and a great asset to your store. Thank you Mazlynne for all you help. Great job!

Came in to get my bill changed to paper billing, also a screen protector replaced, and a new passcode on my iPhone. Worked with Chris M, he was absolutely great. He was able to handle all of my needs going above and beyond. Had come in a few times prior and didn’t receive the best help. Chris made me feel I can come in and receive excellent service again!

David was excellent! He was friendly and informative and was able to help me chose a plan and phone to best suit my needs. I will definitely refer friends to David at this location!

Stopped in the Elizabethtown store just because we were driving by. We had been talking about switching since a new tower went up near our home. Left with 5 new phones and a new plan. We were very happy with the service we received! Tabitha helped us and I highly recommend her!

I recently visited this store to start my own plan. I had some issues starting my FirstNet account up from home and came back for help. Chase recognised me and asked what I needed, he set me up with David who even transferred my data between phones, in store. Phenomenal service, full bars and five stars.

Chad was very helpful and took his time. We were switching from a Samsung to iPhone and it was stressful. But, Chad walked us through it all and made everything streamline. He did a good job!

I went to the AT&T store in E-Town after unsuccessfully getting questions answered by the representatives over the phone, Mazlynne ( Sales representative at the E-Town location) did an outstanding job explaining everything to me and in the process, she saved me $$$! She was very professional, patient and understanding. If you want a top notch customer service experience, ask for Mazlynne and I guarantee you wouldn’t be disappointed.

Went in today to start an account for my son and Mazlynne greeted is right away. She was great-- was in and out, great personality, my son was especially impressed! Lol! 5 star day today at AT&T.

Dama was great to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Explained our options throughly. Would give her 10. Ask for Dama, she won't disappoint.

This is by far the best AT&T store I've ever been too! The customer service is top notch and especially the representative that assisted me, Mr. Louis!! He was patient and showed great customer care as we both sat through the call with Tech support. With his help I was able to get my phone back up in service in a less time that I had anticipated! I definitely recommend this store to everyone!! Keep up the great work!

Great service all around in the store.

The service that I received today was an awesome experience. My technician name was ( T )’ he was very knowledgeable and professional and did a trouble shoot on my I IPhone and corrected my issue in 10 minutes. He was very very friendly and I really appreciated everything he did for me. The entire staff was very courteous as well!! Thanks again ( T )’ keep doing what you’re doing!!!

Our sincere Thanks goes to Matt at the Elizabethtown KY. Store. Matt helped my husband and I straighten out a problem with our account that was time consuming and frustrating. Matt was very positive through the whole ordeal. The most amazing part of this situation was we were returning our phone! Matt gained nothing for his time and effort.
