My sweet dog had to have surgery to repair the bones in her front leg after they were broken. I was beyond distraught and stressed over her being at the vets for several days, but they were amazing. They listened when I told them she got cold easy and provided her with extra blankets and a warming kennel, didn't mind when I told them we weighed out her food everyday, and had no problem providing daily updates.

My girl came home ultimately no worse for wear, and happy as could be despite having had surgery. She was sent home with more than adequate pain management, and they called to check in on her multiple times.

They gave us an estimate, and stayed well within the range. Which was incredibly helpful given the circumstances.

They are the best. They really seem to care about you and your pets.

I recently moved here and needed a vet, NRAH came recommended by a lot of locals so I gave it a shot. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Emily was thorough and very kind! They are a great value for the level of professionalism you receive. It's always nice to know that your vet cares about your pets as much as you do.

All the staff treats us very well and treated Remi with great care. She finished her meds and is much better! I will never trust anyone else with Remi’s care.

Had a emergency my dog had his jaw broke and the Dr.Ellie M. Gripshover D.V.M. took our dog right in as if it was her own and performed emergency surgery and wired his jaw back together. She provided all the information and medications for a speedy recovery. We highly recommend this veterinarian for anything that is in reference to the care of animals.

I had taken my yorkshire terrier, LuLu to her vet in Robertson County, TN 3 times for the same diagnosis for constant drooling and hacking. She had all labs and xrays done. I feel blessed that I finally went to Nashville Road Animal Hospital and Dr. Emily removed 15 inches of string around her tongue. I will definitely take LuLu there from now on even if it is further. I would highly recommend this clinic for any of your vet needs. Very caring staff from my first phone call!

They are good people working there and cheap

This place is amazing! The ladies at the front desk are very kind and helpful. They always greet my koda with excitement, which makes him feel happy to be there. The doctors are very knowledgeable and have made sure that koda is well taken care of. After finding that his face had an abscess they got him treatment right away, and he was better within a week.

Luv Ellie, and Emily. I would drive 2 hours for my dog to go there. Excellent care when it comes to the way they treat ur dog. My sisters puppy goes there we're new 2 KY an found this place from my neighbor. When I get my puppy he or she will Def b coming here.... 5 🌟 all day. Every visit gets better. Dr. Ellie and the staff are top notch. My dog had to have surgery recently and they were beyond kind, got him in very quickly, and he's all healed up now! Dr. Ellie took the time out of her busy day to talk to me twice that day. And honestly, that means so much to me. Thanks again guys!

I have moved around and been to many, many vets over the years and this is by far the best vet office I've been to. Both Vets are very helpful and well educated, and you can tell they love what they do. My dogs are immediately loved on and talked to once we walk in! Everyone is so welcoming and happy. I'm confident that when I take my dogs in for a visit that all our needs are met and my questions are answered.

I had just arrived in Kentucky after a long road trip with my dog—we were visiting from Connecticut—who got sick on the way and needed to see a vet ASAP. The folks here could not have been more helpful. They immediately worked Poppy into the schedule and took care of her with the utmost attention and concern, including when she had to spend the night. (They even checked in with me about what foods she would like to eat.)

From the receptionists to the vet assistant, Peyton; to the vets, Drs. Ellie and Emily; every single person was kind and professional. I extend gratitude to them for nursing Poppy back to good health, and for the smart and compassionate care. I highly recommend them!

Took my dad and his little dog for a appointment, very friendly staff and promptly seen. We were there for only 20 minutes. Nice, clean brand new facility.
