Was traveling through stopped here for the night. Lady at front desk was very friendly and kind. Staff next morning was the same. Room and space in general was very tidy. The Breakfast they serve hit the spot for kids and adults. I'd stay here again for sure

They've put the "friendly hospitality" back into the hospitality business! They found my coat left behind and held it for me when we we're passing back through a week later. Rooms were clean and comfortable. AND they put out a great breakfast (and staffed it well) for guests rather than hiding behind Covid as a reason not to serve; PLUS staff was understanding and accommodating of a special needs child at breakfast as well. Simply incredible service worthy of the time for a 5-star review!

This place is awesome. Location right off the highway. CLEAN, CLEAN, and CLEAN. And this price is fair. Last but not least, the staff are phenomenal. They are friendly, accommodating.

I love this place. When our truck goes down for repair shop we stay here. It is amazing. It is smoke and pet free but they do have smoking area around outside. Very peaceful. Nice people work here. They are always pleasant and take care of the truckers. We are so happy to have found this place. Good rates too. Thank you for all you do to make us feel comfortable.

Was a wonderful stay! The room was perfect, clean and nice size, quiet too! Had complimentary breakfast before heading out. Always be sure to mention if you are a veteran as they offer a nice discount!

I was visiting family members at the hotel, but I was not a guest myself.
They told me several times, however, that they were impressed with their stay. My grandmother even made the comment, "this is the first hotel I've been comfortable enough with to walk around the room barefooted."
She is usually too paranoid about cleanliness of the rooms, so that's a huge compliment from her.
They stayed in a suite and were also pleased with the size of the rooms.

Really nice place to stay. Pool and breakfast are good. Located close to to a lot of things. Easy access to interstate 65. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Very clean lobby when I got there . The manager was very kind and quick to get us to out room. Where we got to the room it was very clean. We liked that there was pool! The pool was also very clean but it had was to much chlorine. The stay had free breakfast and the breakfast was perfect! The family enjoyed it very much !

Plenty of truck parking. Clean room and a comfortable bed. Much better then the last comfort inn down the road. Plus a great Mexican restaurant up the hill and a short walk. I will definitely stay here again on my way through.

My husband is a trucker and we stopped here for Christmas. Loved it from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel. Our son was able to swim in the indoor pool. The staff was very welcoming. The room was very nice!!!! And breakfast is good! Would recommend and stay there again. Wish ever hotel was like this.

Staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. Kudos to the staff for leaving the air on set to a comfortable temperature for when I arrived. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. +1 for having biscuits and gravy. I will be staying here when I am in the area again

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The rooms were well-prepared, floors and bathroom immaculate!! Great variety of breakfast fare. Will stop again on the way back home!

We were traveling during the winter storm in Franklin, KY and when we couldn't travel any further we got a room at the Comfort Inn & Suites. The rooms were nice and spacious. Once all the surrounding restaurants and highway shutdown the hospitality team provided us with dinner for a small fee. (Thank you Shirley for being so kind and showing concern for our situation). We had a small issue with them charging our card too many times but they quickly took care of the extra payment.
Overall the rooms were clean the staff was kind and my family was fed when there were no other options. We had a great experience.

Worth every penny! My husband and I have stayed here a handful of times when visiting my family in the area. We've always been greeted the best hospitality, and staff who are friendly, welcoming, and ready to serve! The rooms are clean and free from any smoke/mildew smells. They have a nice pool and decent gym. Breakfast is a top on our list as they serve out a line of biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, and all your other morning favorites. They even had lite fare like yogurt, hard boiled eggs. I recommend this hotel to all who need a nice night away.

Very clean and staff was friendly. I like that they are 100% smoke free and have a nice big parking lot for trucks. Also, the breakfast was great and had vegetarian options! We will stay here again when in the area...very reasonably priced.

Awesome choice hotel compared to other choice hotels I have stayed in before. Definitely would recommend. Very clean, up to date. Staff is very friendly and efficient if any issues arise.

This Comfort Inn is one of the best Choice hotels I've ever stayed at! Both the interior and the exterior look relatively new. The lobby, the bedroom, and the bathroom are nice and clean. The best part is the breakfast. They have sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fresh fruit, big cups of yogurt, and apple sauce. By the way if you happen to be in Birmingham, Alabama, avoid the Econo Lodge on Montgomery highway, it is the worst hotel with horrible customer service!

I may have only had bad experiences at every hotel I've ever been too. But what's the most important thing here when you get a room...
Very clean...no mold...bed felt like a cloud...I didn't feel gross sleeping in it... I'm sorry every other place is like gross...
Great job comfort inn...you got my vote forever at this hotel.
