Red Roof Inn Franklin, KY

We had already got and paid for a room at the super 8 was about to pay for the dogs when I was told that he was not going to let us stay I was supposed to get a smoking room had it reserved was told they didn't have one was asked if we would smoke outside I said yes no problem then all of a sudden I was told in a rude way to leave got a room at the RE
D ROOF INN and had a restful night I was recovering from brain surgery about
and got a couple of nights and have no regrets

Nice and clean. Allowed our dog. We were traveling a long distance, so that was a blessing. The lady at the desk wasn't very friendly but I guess it was probably cultural differences so it didn't bother me

We had a great 2 night stay here! The hotel was clean and it was a great place to stay. Amenities worked well in the room.

I Know, hard to believe a Red Roof Inn can get 5 star reviews. But, here it is. Super friendly and helpful staff. Especially manager! Room was up to date, super clean, really nice. Very very quiet. Very comfortable. Cleaning staff was superb. Every one was nice. Breakfast was good, coffee hot, and more than I expected given old reviews for this place. I will definitely return next time I have business in Nashville. Yes, Nashville, Just Franklin and this hotel is so central, it works.

We stayed here overnight on our move to Alabama because it was dog friendly. We were impressed with the comfort of the newly decorated rooms, The front desk personnel were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler with or without pets. It is not your typical Red Roof Inn, Even my son who had reservations when I mentioned where we were staying was really impressed.

We was hugely surprised at this location, quality, cleanliness, and appearance. Despite some of the other previous reviews. I don’t think it gave this location justice. We arrived about 8pm.. for a quick turn around trip. Sun-Mon. We felt safe here. The night manager was welcoming and accommodating. We was promptly checked in and given a room on the second floor. No problems with traveling with 2 crated pups. Only 2 floors here and stairs led up to our room. The room was Super Clean. Laminate floors, clean bathroom, clean linen. Soft bedding and fluffy pillows and a tv with cable, desk and chair. What more could you ask for?. We were good, content and comfortable all night. There are also gas station/stores right next door and across the street, with attached fast food places.

We had to stay at a pet friendly hotel during our recent move. The night before at our half way point was not a good experience so this was a pleasant surprise. It's located in a decent area, super neat and well kept around the outside with a large parking lot and plenty of green spots for your pups. The room was updated nicely, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. II highly recommend.

A family of 4 (and a small dog) traveling from Illinois to Florida, and back from from Florida to Illinois - - this is the cleanest hotel we've stayed at. The owners are also very nice and you can tell they care about the maintenance of the property and the guests. The room, and especially the bathrooms were very modern. Very pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great work, guys! ☺

This property just of the freeway is an excellent place to stay for the price! Our suite was immaculate - even the corners of the bathroom floor which you know seldom get cleaned at other places. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The linens were nice and new. The huge recliner was great for watching tv. Even the couch was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Having been an executive housekeeper for many years, I can honestly say this is one of the clean rooms I've ever seen. Very comfortable and the bonus is definitely being pet friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place in a better word shocked. Their prices are low but it has been updated, it's very clean, beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable I have been on in a hotel.Employees were nice. Check in was quick and easy. I did not stay long enough for breakfast. Do not judge a book by its cover! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just needed a night to sleep and shower while on the road. It was super clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was recently remodeled and the rooms were great. Not serving their typical breakfast due to COVID but there are other options in the area. Walked to a great Mexican restaurant. Food was delicious and because of being a Friday night, there was karaoke at the bar area of the restaurant. Reasonably priced too.

I have stayed at over 20 red roof inns across the country with our 2 dogs. This location is by far the cleanest red roof we have ever stayed at. The front desk gal knew her job very well. The couple who own this location were friendly amd accommodating. Fresh coffee and a smaller breakfast included waffles. I HIGHLY recommend this location if you are ever in the area. By the way the Mint casino amd Kentucky downs is just a short drive away. For those that take my review into consideration when picking this red roof inn,You’re welcome!

The lady at the desk was very nice, helpful and professional. Of the most importance to me, I felt the place was a safe, well cared for place. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. No carpet to worry about on the floor. Love that. And a great price. Will be stopping here from now on on my travels!

Everything is new and clean! Laminate flooring in the bedrooms, tile in the bathrooms. Carpet in the hallway only. New furniture, great mattress and bedding. Large TV. Peninsula table/desk. Microwave and refrigerator. Hairdryer. The bathroom has an exhaust fan. The landscaping is fresh and beautiful. Reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is the BEST Red Roof Inn I have stayed at so far.... Hands down, This hotel is very nice with wonderful customer service. Stacy checked us in she was really nice and helpful. The hotel has been completely remodeled. IT has new everything. New beds, bathrooms, floors and ac units. Very clean...If every Red Rood Inn was like this one they would give other hotels a run for there money. I definitely recommend this place for a good night sleep and affordable price... The man who checked us out was really friendly as well... Took pictures so you can see for yourself....

Our son, his wife and their new granddaughter came in from Germany for a funeral on her side of their family. We made the trip from eastern NC, and are enjoying greatly. Clean rooms (especially in a “pet friendly” hotel!), free WiFi, free free coffee in the lobby - which could be better, I’m guessing they use regular water from the faucet - I wish they’d use filtered water.

Great little motel along I65. I traveled with my family and dog and had no problems. The front desk manager and staff were super kind and helpful. Rooms were super clean and overall was a great stay. I’d recommend!
