Burger King

Their burger was good except for the cold and hot contrast between the meat and toppings. It was a little on the colder side. We always choose takeout because it is a truck stop, so noise and fumes are not good. Unfortunately, it is the only Burger King around me. You know when you have a craving for a whopper...😂 I had the candied bacon, and I loved it. Come for the food, but don't stay for the atmosphere. Inside is ok though. I have never seen it crowded, and the service has always been fast. Hope this helps.

Had a pretty good experience today! Spicy chicken sandwich was great (could have used more sauce). Fries were perfect and the staff was FAST at churning out orders! Sept 7, 1130-noon.

Great fast service and convenient to stop in with an OTR Truck and Trailer.

Walked in about 11:30pm on a Saturday night 2-18-23. Gentleman running the counter was very polite. Food was fresh and tasty. First time trying the spicy chicken sandwich (spicy royal chicken?) and it was great!

Tried the rodeo burger was awesome, friendly service , quality food, could be just a little cleaner in the dining area. Revisited today 09/16/23 still an great choice.

Super clean inside. Food was fresh and hot.

Thus burger king has THE BEST whoppers. Idk why they always end up tasting so much better than anywhere else but they do!

My family is new in town. We love Burger King. I've worked at Burger King for many years in the past. Hands down the best burger king we have ever been too! I've only been through the drive thru but the lady that I always see there is so sweet. We wait a few extra minutes but it's worth it because they have the freshest, hottest food I've ever had. Even fries are hot and fresh when I get back home. I gave this a five star because of the awesome customer service fresh hot food.

Franklin KY BK very clean. Great customer service. Staff constantly cleaned. Served customers immediately upon arriving. Employees on break not in dining so as to not disrupt the flow of the workers removing the illusion that staff aren't working. Staff listened to customers and showed empathy. Truly a pleasure eating here and a great customer experience. Signs of great training. Awesome work ethic.

This B.K. located in Franklin. Kentucky near the The Mint Casino was very good. The food, the food deals & the employees. The redturant is clean & in good shape. I have visited this location just before closing (midnight on Thursdays) a couples of times in May & the good was hot & tasty. Highly recommened!

I Always get greeted, My order is Always correct (if there is a issue its fixed without question)
Even there young adults that work here act like there working because they want to.
(That is rare these days)
They follow food safe guide lines..ANOTHER RARITY THESE DAYS..
THIS IS JUST A NICE PLACE TO EAT IF YOU NEED SOME FOOD!!!!!

I had just driven 10 straight hours and Stopped to get us a sandwich. The ladies that worked the window on Saturday May 23 at about 3pm... were friendly, polite, fast and made our day better. I tip my hat to them! Thank you!

Excellent customer service and quick on delivery of orders. Fries were hot and burger was fixed excatly as as ordered. Only item I can fault on is a lack of jalapeno to add to burger but understand that not many people in this area eat them.

Went through drive thru. Food was hot and fresh. We had the 2 for $6 Whopper deal and jalapeno bites. No problems.

Friendly enough. Bathrooms clean. Really liked the water fountain designed to refill water bottles. Handicap accessible.
