My wife and I have been working with Melanie and Carol since 2017 and they are both extremely great to work with. Melanie is a hardworking professional that have exceeded our expectation in terms helping us negotiate and purchase our rental properties in Milwaukee. She is very knowledgeable about the local market and her insight is always on point. We have purchased a few dozen properties with Melanie in Milwaukee since 2017 and she is by far the best realtor and property manager I have ever worked with. Carol is mainly responsible for the property management and deals with the day to day tenant communication, she is always very responsive and professional with her approach and always keeps us updated with everything. We highly recommend SUV properties to anyone who'd like to work with a realtor and property manager!

I have worked with Melanie at SUV Properties for about 5 years now at this point. She is a very tough no non-sense business professional. I really do not agree with many of these reviews. I left one company to start my own and she was all over me to make sure my company was properly insured. Once I had everything taken care of, she has helped my business grow. I don't understand why Ty Whitaker would make remarks like that saying her contractors are uninsured. SUV Properties has to be strong to protect their clients that own these homes due to that fact that a lot of them are not in the best areas in the city of Milwaukee. SUV Properties are always on top of making sure their rentals are in great condition before renters are even aloud to move in and if a problem does occur, they do their due diligence to make sure their clients get the best price from a reputable contractor. I could see many of these reviews coming from previous renters that have not fulfilled their lease obligations and intentionally attempt to hurt SUV Properties which isn't right. What I have noticed many times reviews are completed, is the fact that they are done out of spite, just for being held accountable for an obligation the renter has not met that Melanie at SUV Properties needs to enforce. Renters also need to understand that estimates need to be done in order to get the right contractor out there for the best price. Contractors are busy right now and it is very difficult to get someone out there the same day or even the same week any problem occurs. This company is a very strong property management firm that has the best interest of their clients at hand. Melanie would absolutely be the person I would want in charge of my property to ensure payments are collected and proper action is taken place otherwise. Or even if work needs to be done on a specific aspect of one of these homes. I have never met a tougher woman with a greater business acumen in my life.

I've been working with Melanie and her team at SUV for almost 10 years now. She manages our properties and has also helped us with purchasing and selling some in the past as well. She's a rockstar and I'm glad to have her and her team helping make sure our investments are well taken care of so they can be great homes for our tenants.

Should note I always have great communication with her and her team. Carol handles a lot of things for us and she's amazing too.

I've rented two properties at SUV. Both times were positive. Expectations are very clear. They are willing to accommodate special circumstances as long as you communicate about them. They respond quickly to concerns or repair issues. I've referred other family members to them. Rental prices are very reasonable as well.

I have bought and sold two properties over the course of 2.5 years with SUV Properties. The management team is responsive, proactive, and knowledgeable about the market. Any issues that came up were handled swiftly and transparently. From the landlord perspective, it was apparent that they took care of both landlord and tenant in a very cohesive, mutually beneficial manner. I have bought four properties with the Owner of this company who is also a Project Manager, Real Estate Agent, and is able to provide excellent investor insight into purchases, remodels, and geographic areas that are desirable for investors. Overall, the management, speed at which task gets accomplished, and the customer service provided to myself as an investor have been phenomenal. I highly recommend working with the SUV team as an investor.

My wife and I have been working with Melonie and Carol for several years to manage some rental properties for us. They do a great job and have done great work on the turnovers and helping us manage the construction after a major fire.

Operationally sound. Good to work with. Carol is amazing. Melanie is fun to be around. Returns are attractive. What more can you ask for from a property management company? Not much.
