Definitely agree with other reviewers about how the game experience there depends so much on the associate who helps you. I usually dread having to go in the actual store and I always try to buy online because I usually feel like the associates are annoyed and not very helpful towards me. But today I had to run in quick during my lunch to get something I ran out of. The associate which I had never seen before ran to help me right away and was just the nicest and most helpful. Thank you for making my day a little better.

I had such a great experience with Autumn. I mean this young lady was very personable. She helped myself and my niece color match our foundation. She was spot on. It looked just like my skin. She had great conversation. I truly enjoyed her thank you again Autumn. You deserve all the success coming your way. I also love your confidence in you being yourself. We will be back soon.

Love this place. I spend a minimum of 30 minutes testing fragrances every time I visit. 90% of the time, it's great. But sometimes, the ones I want to test/show others are empty/don't have testers.

Saw Breanna for a brow wax and left with the best brows of my life!!! She was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable and knew what her plan was. I was reassured by how confidently she moved throughout the service and how she spoke, a true professional at what she does!!!

I absolutely loved this Sephora ❤ store 🏬. This was my first time shopping 🛍 at this Sephora. The staff was nice 🙂 and friendly. One of the workers showed me where to find the Watermelon 🍉 toner and the price of it was just right. I'll be back again.

I came to Sephora with my cousin who was visiting from out of town, and right from the beginning we were greeted and assisted by Moriah. As someone who is always willing to try new things concerning makeup, hair, and skin care, I just want to say that Moriah reassured us and knew what she was talking about with every product we had questions about (Vegamour hair oil). I can honestly say she made us comfortable and loyal customers to the product and if we ever visit that specific Sephora, I will definitely keep an eye out for her assistance and warm welcome, she’s excellent at what she’s doing and has a bright future ahead of her with whatever she decides to do and is to come!

I am not a makeup wearer, and a tad avoidant of Sephora as a whole. Today I stopped in and met Autumn and they were so incredibly sensitive and kind towards me. They asked for my consent before doing a skin match and walked me through every step. I can’t rave about this experience enough. Incredible service (and got me to buy more things than I wanted to)!!!

Elaynah and Ajah both went above and beyond to help me find the perfect things and have a great experience. One of the reasons to come to Sephora is to be helped by beautiful people!

I’ve been in here twice, and employees have been extremely helpful both times.
The first time was on a whim because I wanted some new lip products. I asked an employee if she had any suggestions for how I could get longer wear out of them, and she gave me an entire rundown of what to do, as well as suggesting a new color for me to try out. It was something I’d never have chosen for myself, but it’s now one of the only colors I wear!
The second visit I wanted some concealer but I didn’t know a single thing about color matching, and the employee this visit was clearly busy, but still gave me a great recommendation and helped me color match, as well as suggested a few other products that could help me with skincare and makeup application.
I’m very grateful for the employees willingness to help me, and their obvious knowledge has improved my makeup skills and choices.

Sephora offers top-tier beauty products with excellent variety and quality. Great for research on cosmetics and skincare. Highly recommended.

I have never been to Sephora. I finally found one when my daughter and I headed to mayfair. Let me tell you it was awesome. The manager on duty was above and beyond! My daughter is 8 and loves make up. The manager took the time to listen, color match and help us find products for her to use. How awesome is that for my daughters 1st experience!! She has been non stop telling everyone! It truly made her day. I had so much fun watching my daughters excitement. And yeah I got some cool stuff for myself. We all know the products are amazing, but the staff here and the experience were truly out of this world! Thank you!

The sales staff tried to match my pale daughters skin. They failed. They also had absolutely no problems swapping it out despite being lightly used for the right one a week later.
Huge variety of beauty essentials, fair prices, good staff. Nice birthday gifts to club members. My daughter loves them

This Sephora offers in-store facials and some beauty treatments. Loved the facial. Always great products. I will say I do find it kinda gross how the testers are always dirty.

Ive been shopping at Sephora for over a decade now. And i have never had an experience like today ! Devin helped me out today he is so knowledgeable about skin tone undertones and products ! This is the best help i ever received. He deserves to be recognized as the best employee there !

I have always loved Sephora because everyone at Sephora has always been so welcoming and helpful! The friendliest Sephora staff I have ever met is at this Sephora! I was welcomed in, and I was checked on multiple times. The atmosphere was so positive and happy! I talked with Peach, who was so kind and helpful!! Stopped on a busy Saturday before Christmas for a gift. Found what i needed and was out in a hurry. Lots of people working so checkout was a breeze. As a man I don't have further opinion as this isn't my area of expertise
