Robin Jean Simpson, DO

No amazing word in the dictionary could ever express how much I adore Dr. Simpson. She was the only doctor who took me seriously about my health and doesn’t give up on You. She treats you like a person not a number and is beyond sincere. Her staff is the sweetest ever and I tell everyone I meet how lucky I am to have her for my doctor and recommend her and her staff to all I talk to. Beyond amazing is all I can say.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Simpson ever since the office opened, its nice to be treated like a person and not just a patient. The staff is very friendly & helpful too ;)

I have been seeing Dr Simpson for quit sometime. She is always pleasant and listens to her patients. I had to restrict my visits to once a year due to a facility fee I am being charged for each visit above and beyond my co-pay. This office agrees to accept the amount paid by Medicare but is charging me this separate $35 fee that Medicare does not pay. No other Dr is charging me this fee, in fact my out of pocket for cardiologist and podiatrist is half of what I am charged at Springside Family Medicine. This is in no way the fault of Robin Simpson but Christiana Care is to blame.

Almost killed my husband.. won't renew his medication for diabetes which is working anyway. He's a heart transplant patient. Her staff is as rude as cam be and you can never get a return call. Should have her license pulled

Dr. Simpson is an awesome doctor but it’s hard to get a appointment with her. The staff is rude and hangs up on you! So unprofessional and when I call back I can’t get through. The worst to go through when you don’t feel good.

This office is terrible. When sick they tell you that they don't have any appointments with doctors or P.A.'s for 2 weeks to a month and to go to Med Express or an emergency room. Currently looking for a new doctor.
