My overall experience at the Home Depot in Glasgow, Delaware, was outstanding. The lumber department had a great selection of items. It’s layout differs to most Home Depot because it’s on the left side of the building. That have a great and knowledgeable staff, making it easy to find what I needed for my project. Moreover, the store's cleanliness and organization were commendable. Lastly, Vicky's the associate exceptional customer service further enhanced my visit. I highly recommend this Home Depot location to anyone in need of home improvement supplies.

Had a bunk bed project. Stan who helped me out was very knowledgeable unlike last time I was there. Great attitude and was very detail oriented. Assisted with making some cuts for my project. Save a lot of time for me.

We was brought to this Home Depot location based on a toilet advertisement unfortunately we couldn't get what we wanted. But thanks to the Home Depot staff Crystal in customer service, Steve the manager and Mr. Jeremy helps us come up with some sort of solution to gain satisfaction. Great location highly recommend. 👍🏾

Home Depot is where doers get more done! All of the supplies, equipment, and material came from Home Depot. The end result is not to shabby.

Dumont helped me rent a trench digger. I never used one before. He was the most courteous, attentive, informative and helpful service rep I have encountered in many years. He is a great asset to your company.

It took me about ten minutes flat to follow the well-maintained signs, immediately find the exact tiny plastic package of screws I desired exactly where the signs indicated it should be, uneventfully perform the self-checkout, and leave. 10/10 no notes.

What a great customer service experience at Home Depot this morning. The Cashier in Lumber and Stan, the Associate working in lumber are awesome. Stan was the only one working in lumber and managed the line of customers needing help with ease and patience. Giving each of us his undivided attention when it was our turn. He mentioned they needed more associates but didn't let that stop him from doing his job professionally. Kudos to you Stan! Home Depot, you have a great employee and man there. Did I mention in addition to cutting wood he also cut keys for customers? Wow!

Has everything needed for your home or addition to replacement. Lots of help. Nice employees. Fair prices

The tool rental people are amazing. Do to the rise in prices the deposit amount increased. However although short on the increase of the insurance the employees were able to loan me the tool for the amount of time needed to do the job.

I called peoples plaza to have a trimmer sent for my nephew and a little misunderstanding at first but all resolved and he likes it a lot . Thank you

The Glasgow home depot is a far better supply store and materials on hand in stock. Better quality and service compared to te aberdeen store #2510. (#2510 Aberdeen is the worst depot i have ever dealt with)

I shop at this Home Depot quite often. I've never had a bad experience. Customer service is great. Great atmosphere, clean and organized. Store was decked out for Christmas and looked very nice. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Especially for me who was trying to buy a certain tool as a gift for someone. Employee told me which brands were best and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Very nice store, easy to find everything you need and again the employees are knowledgeable and don't mind answering questions. I'll continue to shop at this Home Depot for any tools, landscaping, other home items or even for decorations. Thank you Home Depot for helping me out today!

This home depot has excellent inventory and of the home depot stores I usually visit is one of the few which online inventory usually matches reality. Staff is friendly and helpful and store is kept clean.

I ordered a Christmas tree online. After a week/ estimated delivery date, I never received shipping information. I went to this Home Depot and Shyla helped me with this issue. She was on hold for a very long time. She told me my order was “missing” but she would figure it out for me. I went shopping around the store while I waited. She was even hung up on before she got through to someone. She told me I would receive an email in 24-48 hours about my missing order.
The next day I received an email and the following day my tree shipped. I really appreciate Shylas help with this. It would have been a nightmare for me to handle by myself.
