I really liked the lady who was working in the cakes section , she was so helpful , polite and sweet. So was the guy at the billing counter. This was my first visit to Safeway and really enjoyed shopping there. I would really recommend shopping there if you never went there . Staff were really nice to me.

Safeway has a great loyalty program with much savings! I highly recommend you get it and use an online account and app to optimize savings!

I want to give Kudos to Tiana for her excellent customer service at this store. She was kind, courteous & knowledgeable.
Not only she helped me, but also helped others with same diligence! I hope the management recognize her for her hard work and going the extra mile!
Overall, I rate this Safeway as one of the best!

Great customer service, friendly staff
Good deals , fresh produce and high quality meats. Excellent selections in dairy and frozen. Best bakery around, deli/ hot foods are delicious. Floral Selections are above any in the area and don’t forget about the Starbucks and cafe area if you want to have a meeting or eat lunch . Well run and maintained Grocery store why shop anywhere else.

I love this store. It is always very clean & well stocked. The staff is pleasant.You can get very beautiful fresh flowers here. There are always many discounts for club members(it's easy to become one). And they have hot food for sale - I love the roasted chicken!

The store was very clean. The cashier was very friendly and also let me know that my acme rewards card would work there too!

This has been the most convenient grocery store for my location and the only one I would give 5 stars to in New Castle County. The store manager Joe has helped me with my kids and their school donating a gift card and the non foods manager Erin or Erica (I’m sorry) have gone above and beyond for times that were important in my life like my sons birthday recently that she stepped out of her department to problem solve for me, or I was in a time crunch, to take time out of their busy day to stop and help me just to make sure I left happy. I genuinely feel like the staff is just added on family. The staff that has been there seem to be there all the time but you would never know because they are so pleasant. I am always called out and recognized and told hello or got to chat for a minute, and I love that. I love that you don’t feel rushed but at the same time things are done efficiently. Thank you everyone for being so awesome!!! You deserve a raise, you truly are an asset to the company and I hope that they recognize you for that.

First time here. Went over the weekend. Not packed for a Saturday. Friendly staff, great selection of food, and fair prices. I was mostly impressed with their huge selection of flowers and unique arrangements. It's like having a florist within a grocery store. All of their flowers were fresh and beautiful, especially the roses :)

This store is always well stock, Associates are friendly along with the Managers. Check out their Flower shop, plenty to chose from lovely affordable arrangements. One of the largest flower dept. I've ever seen in a grocery store. Other than Traders Joe, this store is another option.

A very convenient location. Great variety of produce and frozen foods. Competitively priced. Will probably shop here more often than other supermarket chains. Highly recommend.

I love this Safeway. There's selection of Sushi to go and Starbucks Amazon Hub and FedEx drop off service this place as well.

We were lucky to get in, evidently, they reached max capacity pretty early (a 1st, they claimed on fb).
Those who did get in had a very long wait. At least 2.5 hours barely moving was the worst part...
But, the attraction was worth the wait!
Scary decor and characters, the 3-D portion was intense as well as that dark building 😱
Scary corn maze at the end.
I'd definitely recommend!

Pretty nice place haven't been to one in a while you should go to. Brings back memories good prices to. Compared with all the high prices things coming back next week parking is good too stopped at Home Depot right after very convenient

I love to come to this place because I can also grab my cup of coffee in Starbucks, which is located inside the store, and also grab some groceries.

I am a longtime customer and know much of the staff here. And I've seen the changes over the years. The grocery store is well stocked and competitively priced.
They have a small fresh (and previously frozen , like anywhere else) seafood department that I use 2-3 times a month.
The store is clean and welcoming.

This store is beautiful they have awesome produce section. We don't live in area we live closer to Dover DE. But we definitely be going back. Everyone seem friendly. They check out yourself which I love.

I love Safeway they always have what I need, the prices are a little high but I prefer quality over quantity…

These guys have the best bakery around, from cakes to bagels which are awesome. I get people visit from other states and They request to make them bagels from this place. They can get busy since there are only couple of lanes open but this place is my stop few times a week. The self checkouts are back so that is great - highly recommend this place

Got some fresh Sushi from their Bento Sushi Counter. No place near by for this delicacy. Had good sale on NY Strip steaks and select chicken wings, drums & thighs. Nice, clean store worth stopping by. Pick up sale flyer at entrance to take advantage of sales.
