The nerve of me to call on Christmas Eve, long distance from the East Coast needing a token of love delivered the same day. Laura worked it out for me cheerfully. My heart was so glad.

A few days later there was death in the family. I wanted to send flowers to the same friend. I spoke directly to Laura. This time I wanted something that would last so we decided on succulents. I also wanted a fancy pot with a memorial angel inserted. Laura was personable and compassionate. This is such a great attribute. The planter was received with JOY! And it was absolutely beautiful.
