Ideal Image Newark-Wilmington

I got laser hair removal 13 years ago when it first came to DE. All was gone until I had another baby, which made some hair grow back. So I’m back to remove what’s grown in. They honored me as a member and I pay per pulse. I’m so happy to not have to deal with shaving & stubble again.

My experience overall was pleasant from initial consultation followed by my first treatment to scheduling my next treatment. I had no issues scheduling my follow up appointment after I completed my initial treatment. The receptionist was even able to work with me due to my work schedule being the traditional 9 to 5. I also appreciated the follow up call after my initial treatment to check if I had any additional questions or concerns after my first treatment. I definitely did not receive that level of care from a different laser hair removal spa. Natalie was the real star of my overall experience!

Let me start by saying this place has changed my life. I have pcos and dealt with facial hair for over ten years. I was always self conscious and had no social life. I have finished all ten treatments and see no more hair growth, my 5 o'clock shadow is gone as well. I got my life back! The staff is always friendly and understanding and always make me feel comfortable. I would recommend ideal to anyone struggling. Amazing service

Ideal Image in Newark has exceeded my expectations for hair removal, they are upfront with you about the process and what to expect, the employees are so friendly and kind, there are always awesome snacks in the lobby and the results are wonderful. It’s so convenient to have less hair to maintain on a daily basis, thanks to Ideal Image in Newark, and all their awesome employees!

Just signed up recently but should have given thought to the fact that they are horrible with answering a phone. I also should have looked at the fact that the front desk rarely had an individual there. Now I can not schedule an appointment because they never answer the phone. I work in a retail location and not answering your phone is never good. Do better.

Edit:Got a hold of a nice lady. She walked me through that it has been extremely busy and they are shirt staffed. The consultant who signed me up was extremely nice but should have gone over scheduling instead of moving me out the do quickly to make her next sale. Setting expectations for someone who is new and signing up should be a priority.

Last edit: Natalie saved the day. I highly recommend this location. I haven't experienced another location, but I have to edit the fact that she contacted me to schedule a more recent appointment for my face. Awesome work.The technicians are so friendly as well.

I have had a great experience thus far. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Although the prices are slightly expensive, you can normally get started during a good sale to make it more affordable. The effectiveness of the treatments are definitely worth the investment. Overall my experience has been worth it. I recommend Ideal Image for their laser hair removal services.

I think Ideal Image is worth every penny to remove unwanted hair! The facility is very clean and welcoming! I can't say enough good things about the staff! They are all knowledgeable and friendly! I recommend Ideal Image to all my family and friends.

I've had laser on a few areas, and it is well worth the money. The staff are friendly, and the nurses that perform the treatment are great. I highly recommend "Ideal Image" to anyone that wants to get rid of unwanted hair. I say go for it, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a package during their Grand Opening of a new location. I have only had two of my nine treatments and will have my third next month. The treatments for my legs are spaced out between 10-14 weeks and you just make your next appointment when you come in for a treatment. I am super busy and even with a planner, I forget about my appointments. A girl always calls me about a week in advanced to remind me- thank goodness! I am SUPER pleased with my results so far. I have only had to shave once since my first treatment and it was just a few hairs here and there. I have medium-light skin and darker hair. So worth it!! They have the best staff and nurses. I love the spa feeling and it always smells amazing in there. The first time I was in there, they had cookies out so I was able to enjoy that with a cup of coffee while I waited for my treatment.

I Love ideal image. Since I've been going there for my hair removal my skin has improved dramatically. I love all of the services that they provide to their customers to help you look and feel your best. They provide snacks while you wait, the staff is very friendly, and I always look forward to my next appointment. Keep up the good work!

I've been using ideal image for a few years now. I finished my treatment a year ago but have gone back a few times for touch ups. The facility is clean and always smells so good! It's really easy to make and change appointments. The treatments are quick and the techs always do a great job.

Finished my last session for hair removal. Very impressed with the professional atmosphere from the minute you walk in until the time you walk out. The front desk has been very helpful and kind. The laser techs have been professional and friendly. I was very nervous and they have made me feel 100% comfortable. I highly recommend.

Love this place! Started laser hair removal in 2014 because I was embarrassed to have such dark unwanted hair. The atmosphere is spa like. The treatment providers are all nurses or nurse practitioners or physicians assistants and are very knowledgeable and friendly. The rest of the staff and management are just as welcoming and friendly. They were able to give me my confidence back and I no longer have to worry about the hair because it’s gone! I did have to visit them recently for a touch up and their new clinic is amazing! The touch up fee was reasonable and I learned it is locked in and transferable to any other Ideal Image in the USA in case I ever move! I highly recommend them!
