Like most advanced auto parts I’ve been to. They were helpful knowledgeable and friendly. Plus they struggled in the cold weather to put my windshield wipers on so I didn’t have too!!

Was a good store when opened. I believe due to the flood that occurred in July they had shut down and opted not to reopen as everything is now out and the signs are gone and nothing is stating about reopening in Berlin,VT

Very good first impression, was greeted when I went in the store, and they helped me with the part I needed. Good costumer service is always appreciated.

I ordered a filter for my bike and went to pick it up the next day. The warehouse sent the incorrect one. The manager, Jimmy Gosselin drove to my house after working a 13 hour day and dropped the parts off in my mailbox at 1130 at night! Above and beyond! Much appreciated... customer care at its best!

Picked up a replacement battery for a 7 yr old John Deere Zero Turn mower.. perfect fit, terminals located correctly.. at a fraction of the cost of OEM...

I frequent all the parts stores in the area, but usually come here first. Have found the staff to be really helpful and particularly Al. I am pretty sure most staff recognize me and if not certainly my boys when I bring them with me.

Always get the parts right, returns have always been easy to include core returns, never have had issues with them. Customer Service is above average.

The Staff knows their stuff. Many parts are available in store. If you know what you need, the staff know where it is or where to get it. If you are not sure, they will help you find what you need.

I've always gotten me the right part for my car when I went in there and have always been most helpful place I've ever been even hooked my car up to their computer to see what was wrong with it why the light was on at no cost to me
