Great selection of chocolates. I loved their peanut butter cups, they aren’t overwhelmingly sweet like Reeces and have the perfect balance between PB and chocolate. They also have an adorable outside seating area. Great customer service.

Saved my life with delicious coffee and friendly service when there were line ups everywhere else in Stowe! Perfect to take home the classics and the essentials like hot chocolate, but note there is more merch in Waterbury. Best chocolate and friendliest service in VT!!

Best chocolate I've tasted in a long time! Friendly staff, kitchen is open to view chocolate work, store is small and neat but arranged in away you can move around when multiple customers are browsing...and there...are...soooo...many choices!! Boxes of assorted sizes are available- sold by weight and by piece. Other candies are sold, as well as seasonal delights. A must go when in Stowe...

We were in Stowe for my bday weekend and my hubby took me to this cute chocolate store. We bought an assortment and they had every type of chocolate under the sun including our favorite marzipan, orange slices, espresso, lavender, raspberry cream and what not. Everything was fresh unlike many other chocolate stores that serve stale pieces.

I am also not a coffee fan but because it was getting slightly warmer outside and I wanted something like a Frappuccino which they did not have. However, I made a bizarre request and asked the staff if they can make me a “cold cappuccino” with oat milk instead and even though it wasn’t on the menu they went out of their way to do so and it was AMAZING!

I loved the store and now wish we would have brought home more chocolates!

Great staff, welcoming vibe and the chocolates are awesome! There was something very nostalgic about this store and I cannot pin point what exactly but it brought back fond memories of my deceased grandparents.

Great place! While waiting for my family to finish their chocolate selection…I tried their hot chocolate with peppermint. Best hot chocolate I have ever tried…by far!!!!

Cute quaint place! The chocolates are out of this world and the hot chocolate so good! I will say they sell their products (some) in local stores for a few dollars cheaper. Place is a little expensive but great for gifts.

I just spent $200 on chocolates because i know what heaven tastes like. I love my wife and then chocolate truffles second. If you come visit Vermont (Stowe) forget everything else and just enjoy yourself here. Ok Michaels on the hill is great too! A+

I was looking for some yummy fresh fudge and this cute little shop appeared. The ladies working were so friendly and helpful. The fudge is great and I will be back the next time I’m in Stowe!

Just the smell when you walk in you gain 15lbs and $120 is on your credit card! Why? Everything is spectacular! From thier creams to thier truffles. They have a large selection and the chocolate is much better than that other Vermont chocolate place. Do yourself a favor and stop in. You won't be disappointed!

Recommended while visiting Stowe and take pictures in side of building. Will comeback again for buying chocolate. Came many times to Stowe but my first time visiting the store and took pictures.

Very few 5 stars given and this is partly because I love candy.
We went with 16 kids between 7-12 years old and watched them make candy canes from scratch right in front of us. The peppermint smell filled the air as the pulled and stretches and cooled the 15lb lump of melted sugar. After they pulled it we all got to shape our own candy canes. Wonderful, informative and fulfilling. Not to mention the hundreds of different types of chocolate and other candies, all homemade right there. Probably the best party was being so close and having all the staff be so friendly and educated about the process. This is a 100% recommend but make sure they're demoing before you go!

Quaint chocolate shop in a great location with lots of good things to choose from. We visited Lake Champlain Chocolates while in Burlington (which was also good), but our experience at Laughing Moon was better. Those working here were friendly and came out from behind the counter to help answer questions. The store is a short, 1-minute walk from the central place in downtown Stowe.

Visited this chocolate shop and chose a mixture of individual pieces. All of them, including truffles, nut chews and creams were some of the best I've ever had. Exceptionally fresh ingredients. Helpful staff. They also have fudge which I wanted to try, but saved that for my next visit. Don't miss this chocolate shop if you're in the Stowe area.

A nice, quaint chocolate shop in Stowe. I bought a sampler of dark and milk chocolates and they were extremely decadent! Each piece was definitely a treat.

So happy we stopped here! It's a cute little shop downtown, when you walk in you can see people making the truffles which is cool. I ordered some fudge and was allowed to sample it first. Honestly some of the creamiest and smoothest fudge I've ever had. $14/lb which actually isn't terrible. The truffles are $2 each which seems expensive but on par with any other truffle you'll buy. They also sell CBD chocolate (I didn't buy so idk how it tastes)

I cannot thanks Laughing Moon enough for helping us with our wedding favors and their delicious chocolate! The team went above and beyond to help us deliver on our vision and we could not thank them enough for being so sweet to work with!! This place is the BEST!!! and not to mention their chocolate and all products are SO delicious!

Laughing Moon is the best. We have to visit every time we go to Stowe, and we always bring home chocolate as gifts for friends and family. Everything we have tried has been delicious, the customer service is great, and the shop is adorable. Definitely a must when in Stowe!

The best chocolate we've found in Stowe, with a huge variety of made-on-site offerings available, from truffles and barks to peanut butter cups and chocolate-covered Oreos and Ritz crackers. Most things are available in either dark or milk chocolate as well, which is great for the pickier sweet toothed crowd.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and quite knowledgeable about the products (they ought to be, they make it all themselves), making for a delightful overall experience. We'll definitely be back.

There's even a ramp at the back entrance for those with strollers or wheelchairs, which is great.

The best chocolate around. Salted caramels!!! The best. Large selection and some sugar free options.
