Super helpful people. I was only there for 10 minutes and had four staffers ask me if I needed help. There was a good selection of items I needed and I was impressed by the staff's knowledge of where everything was because there are a lot of items in a small space.

Absolutely wonderful customer service experience. Was asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in and the woman who was the cashier radio'd the person I needed to talk to. Will, one of the associates came right up to me and asked me what I needed and just did an outstanding job. I had a list of what I needed and he showed me where each item was, listened to what I was going to use it for and gave me expert recommendations also cut a piece of plexiglass I needed for my project AND rung me up and asked if I needed a big bag to carry my items home and gave it to me! For someone who has lived on both coasts and everywhere in between this was the best hardware customer service I have ever received and I am definitely going to give them any and all of my business going forward. Don't go anywhere else but here for your hardware needs in the Arlington/Clarendon area! Will is just an outstanding employee and all the staff at this location!

I didn't even made it to the store i only called to get some info on a item i need, the store did not have it but the customer service i got over the phone was so good I'm definitely stopping by when ever need something else.

My favorite hardware store by a mile!!! Have gone frequently since they opened years ago and am grateful for their expertise + friendly customer service. Today it was for advice on how and what materials to purchase to replace my bathroom shower head; they were thorough with the explanation and picked out all the materials I needed.

Regarding parking, there is street toll and a pay garage around the corner (recommend former for cost savings although was told there are off/free times during evenings).

The staff is extremely knowledgeable. For a small store, they seem to have everything!

My 23 year old son recommended me this place and it was a game changer. The crew is very helpful and went out their way to make sure I order the correct item, this guy measured the broken piece to make he order the right one. I recently moved to a apartment and noticed that need it to replace one of the window's "Vertical Hung Sliding Window Locks" . I originally bought the item some where else at big box hardware store but no one helped me, the item I bought did not fit. I highly recommend this store for people that need assistance with fixing and getting things done around the house.

Great urban hardware store with a lot of inventory and options. I had keys made and rented a carpet cleaner, and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The prices were very reasonable as well.

This is such a fantastic place. Great selection and the staff is absolutely top notch. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. So grateful to have them in the neighborhood.

First time here. On my way home looking for a portable car battery jumper start to purchase since my battery died. Forgot about this little quaint hardware store. Lo and behold, they litterly have everything especially the item I was looking for. Unfortunately, they don't carry all brands (noco) that I was searching for, but they definitely sell just about anything and everything (from balloons, gardening, kitchen stuff, etc)

Needed to unclog shower/tub ASAP to keep bathroom functional. Walked in and was greeted by 1, 2, 3 friendly employees who were all connected by radio and walked me right to drain cleaner central. So glad for their help!

Jeff at Ace Hardware store in Courthouse just helped me fix an ancient outside faucet. Jeff was patient, knowledgeable and professional. And more importantly, he saved me a bunch of money! Thanks Jeff and Ace Hardware!

Small ACE, but has all the basics, a nice selection of house plants and pots, and a well informed, polite and helpful staff. A great neighborhood spot to grab whatever hardware you need in a pinch, a lot of fun random things at a good price. We love going there.

Amazing staff !! I placed a Father’s Day order online because there was a great deal. When I arrived for pick up I was helped right away and helped out to my car. This location is about 30 min away from me but worth the drive and I will be using this location for my needs from now on. Keep up the great customer service !!

Always helpful, decent selection of items, packed to the ceiling, it does a very good job of mainly filling the hardware need instead of taking the 5 mile trip out to Home Depot for those close by. Prices on average are pretty close to Home Depot.

This hardware store is far bigger than it appears from the street! Additionally, for those that want to buy a particular type, size, or color of screw/bolt/nut/washer they have a very large selection towards the back of the store. Staff was also very friendly and helpful, but without being pushy about it. Glad I live close by.

The staff in this store are always incredibly kind and quick to help. I was immediately greeted and told exactly where to find what I was looking for. Another employee helped me pick out the product that fit my needs the best. I don't always know what I'm doing when it comes to buying supplies to fix up my home, but the staff at this store clearly do and seem eager to help. I would especially like to thank Billy for helping me even after he had completed his shift.

This is the best hardware shop I've visited!

They have decent collection of tools and stuff, very clean, and, most importantly, all the staffs are very friendly.

I would just wonder around the store to see if I need anything else.

Best service and staff I have ever experienced in a hardware store. Always have had luck in finding what I need in a pinch thanks to a helpful/friendly staff member. A true rarity in Arlington and more than just a hardware store chain.

Been in the area for so long I forgot how normal people treat one another in stores/public... It's nice to have a reminder that there are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful folks right next door.
