Fork Real Cafe

Delicious food and an awesome mission at this community cafe. The staff I interacted with were very kind and welcoming. It's a nicely decorated place with a modern vibe and I felt very comfortable. The lasagna was delicious 🤤 I love that this in downtown Rapid City and close to a lot of places. Would definitely come back with friends!! Exceeded my expectations

We've always had a good meal and a good conversation each time we come to Fork Real. Fork Real plays an important and integral part in our community, especially for those who have come into hard times and are struggling financially. I am a firm believer in community-focused action to help bring others up and Fork Real does just that. It is so nice to be able to purchase meal tokens for those who are down on their luck and I am hopeful that they will make their fundraising goal for a food truck to reach people who can't make it to their restaurant location. I think showing love and support through food is important and I am so happy that our community has an opportunity to receive support through this community cafe.

Great place, great food, great business model. Everyone should support this business. Great folks with big hearts.

If I am ever in the area again I WILL visit again. Truly enjoyed the conversation with the owner, the story of the cafe and it's beginnings and the overall atmosphere.
Hours are limited to lunch except in summer when they open for breakfast also.
Local artists work displayed on the wall. A community serving business that is well worth supporting.

Stopped in for coffee and was surprised at the fun casual setting. Nice coffee and engaging staff. Local art in the walls and chef specials for those looking for something different. Try the cafe on a mission if you are in the area. During the summer, there is a breakfast menu. Otherwise, they serve lunch only.

The food is delicious. Their mission to serve in the community is great. The cheesecake is worth it every time. The parking is questionable though.

Our first trip to this establishment and we couldn't be more pleased. Very cozy, homey type of place, an eager to please staff and good food that's just like you'd make at home!
I highly recommend this place, we will be back!

Love their food. Love their mission to address food insecurity in the city. Love the community. This was one of their special meals and it did not disappoint. It was a shrimp boil, with corn fritter for appetizer and strawberry short bread for dessert. Check them out for lunch Mondays-Fridays.

One of the best local restaurants I have ever been to, and the staffing was incredible and so is the food! I'm also very excited to have found out recently that they have a food truck now so definitely going to go out to see if that same service is available on wheels 👍

Great little café with a great cause. Friendly staff, lots of space. We had soup and salad bar with unsweetened ice tea, and it was a lovely brunch. I really loved the potatoes at the salad bar that you can dress up with all the accessories.

One of those places you can’t miss when you visit Rapid Sity. Friendly, great service combined with delicious food at a fair price. FOR REAL 😜

This place has really good unique food, as well as classics. I had a peaches and cream waffle. It was amazing. They have a great mission and very friendly staff.

I went to Fork Real for a fundraiser for RC Central's UK trip. The food was English cuisine and was delicious.

We had a group of 8 for breakfast and everyone liked their food. I thought the pancakes were excellent. You can tell they have roots in the community with the option to pay it forward for someone in need. My only gripe is that everyone's food came out individually rather than all at once. The last person got their food about 10 minutes after the first person.

The biscuits and gravy are the BEST anywhere, except for my own home cooked, of course! Wonderful place to eat!

What a Great place!! Cheese stuffed meatballs, jambalaya, squash, spaghetti, a nice salad bar and your choice of drink. $10.00 or what ever you and afford.

Stopped here when we first got to town. Service was amazing. Food was delicious. The wraps and dill pasta salad was amazing!!

I stopped in to check out the restaurant and find out what they had to offer. I was impressed with the many different meals that they offer and the concept of paying what you can, pay the value of the meal, or pay a little more than the value towards a meal for someone in need. I truly enjoyed my time eating my salad and enjoying all of the artwork on the wall in front of me. I also bought a meal coin to give to my son, so he can go enjoy a meal there. Truly a warm friendly atmosphere.
