Kennewick Inn & Suites

Staff was very friendly and the manager helped me get the best room and suggestions for restaurants nearby. Paid little more to get best room since the new management is remodeling the place. People need to realize it takes time to remodel and improve the property. Also people need to understand you need to pay more if want a better experience, that's at any hotel you go to.

Great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, roomy and had amazing customer service from the front desk anytime I needed anything. I will be back soon!

Stayed here for a weekend recently, great pricing and the manager Preet had helped with anything I needed. Seemed like they have been making good improvements and making everyone feel welcomed and accommodated. I will definitely be staying again!

My friend Jerry stays there and it is okay not actually a one star rating but still cool it's been there for over thirty years and Jerry is an advanced War fighter for reelz and I taught him BUJINKAN to see him he might train you its Jerry Combs.

My room had a kitchen, it was clean and the hotel provided a nice service during my stay. The pool was very clean, and the manager was helpful in extending my stay. Convenient location as it's near everything.

My wife and I absolutely adore this hotel!! The staff here are very professional, yet down to earth and very compassionate and understanding. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and treat every guest as a valued guest regardless of color, creed, or social status. Security is definitely at the top of their game with keyed entry, well put together and maintained camera system, and the community "neighborhood watch"; I've never had an issue letting my wife walk the premises without my presence being needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome accommodations, gave us a double bed for the price of one. The rooms were spotless, and the owner/manager helped us with anything we had trouble with. I will definitely be staying again!

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at excellent price clean rooms, smell nice I got more than I had expected for my money clean kitchenette bathroom I will definitely stay again and I recommend for anyone traveling through there and they have a laundry where you can wash your clothes And give them a five star

We booked the full kitchen with double queen bed room and the value for the price was outstanding. Fully remodeled with new mattresses and appliances. Very clean. Kitchen has full fridge and stove but no kitchenware, so bring your own. Free breakfast is closed currently because of Covid-19. Close to excellent Chinese food at Shang Hai! We will for sure return.

Truly a home away from home. The management team here is very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you with what is available. I would stay here with my kids anytime.

Stayed here for business for about 2 weeks and abouslty loved my stay. I travel to the tri cities about 5 times a year and stayed in quite a few hotels. Thsees were 3 times bigger then any hotel I stayed at in this area. Only hotel with the full kitchenette I could find as well. You actually get a full size refrigerator and oven , stove and more. The rooms were recently remodeled and a nice modern look. That hallways don't look the best but the manager said that was the next step in the remodel. I can't wait to come back once everything is complete. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area! Overall a great experience. I want to say thank you to the maid service as well, very helpful and we'll trained.

I spent the weekend here while I was on a business trip in the tri-cities and i was very satisfied with the quality of this little hotel. There must have been a renovation recently because my room and bathroom were absolutely spotless. I checked in late and still received great customer service from the front desk clerk, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great extended stay. Stayed here for about a month. I was working at the new southridge hospital built. It was located only about 5 mins away. I called around alot of hotels in the area and nobody had the full kitchenettes like the Kennewick Suites did. This is the best extended stay in kennewick by far. The huge rooms reminded me of a studio apartment, the remodeled rooms are a great touch. The new beds are great and once your in the rooms you do not hear anything, which was great because I worked at night and slept in the day. All thought I only had breakfast 3 or 4 time, I really enjoyed it. A lot of different choices of food and enough to fill you up. I was recommenced this to hotel to everyone, if you are staying one day or 10. Great for construction workers and business travlers. No hotel compares to this hotel for the price and staff they have. Great Value for a business stay.

Needed a week for a job in town, price was spot on, and you get a studio apt, all for one flat rate. Great price, very clean and fantastic front desk employees, always a smile on their faces when you walk by.

Very down to earth people, from the tenats to the management. Did not put up with any rif RAF, took care of any needs that a tenant may need. I stayed for long term while working in Richland. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone wanting down to earth comforts.

What can I say besides this place really proved the bad reviews completely wrong in my opinion....very friendly, extremely clean,even upgraded us for free without asking. Room was updated and comfortable....pool was clean and cool...definately will stay again and a shout out to the front desk for making us feel welcome....

Mask must be worn inside, the hallways. We stayed 7 days, covid has everything locked down. Beautiful clean looking pool, but they can't open it.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean. This hotel is a great value and they often run promotions. I want to see more hotels like this with friendly staff and superb service. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Kennewick.
