I recently visited this big lots in search of a replacement clip for my phone holder. I searched the entire store several times and couldn’t find one. I asked someone stocking the shelves and they pointed to the location where they should be. I inquired at checkout if there was a way to know if the other big lots had one. The checkout clerk got out her phone and reached the part and then proceeded to search this store and located one. 🥳Wow! I was so happy and impressed that she took the time to help me. Thanks Big Lots!

Delivery at 0400. Nice Asian woman greeted me. She was waiting on her crew to show up to unload me. She's been at this store 18 years! Asked if I needed to use their restroom. Wow! That's refreshing. Would love to Deliver here anytime. Thank you.

I am totally impressed with the staff here!!! They went above and beyond for us because we were very interested in a piece of furniture. And even though where we live we have a Big Lots, we didn't care about driving 30 mins to purchase it from them. They made us feel important. Kennewick Big Lots is definitely a store I would recommend!!!

I adore Big Lots, they have everything and for great prices. I purchase a vast amount for my home there. To include furniture, I also purchase electronics, beauty items and hoards of seasonal items. If you like to shop and)or get great bargains then you need to be at Big Lots they are awesome. The employees are friendly and cheerful and always willing to assist.

You can save a lot of money for household goods. They have a good selection of shampoos and personal hygiene items at very good prices. A nice selection of furniture ,and home decor at very reasonable prices. Nice things. Super helpful employees

Big Lots is a great store to buy food and animal treats and animal food. I love Big Lots I got everything I needed for under 50 bucks. The employees are sweet and polite and friendly. The store is clean and the environment was clean inside and outside.
