Barre Forte

I have really loved my experience at Barre Forte, the staff is incredibly kind and inviting. I want to shout out to Jenna for making me feel less nervous. I have been a life long runner, lifter, softball sports person, but never coordinated in the dance area, and she made me feel so comfortable! Great job.

I've been attending classes for over 2 years and am consistently impressed by the instructors, the management and the facility. This fitness community is a lifeline for me. The workouts are varied and challenging every time.

Loved this class! Heidi was fabulous! What a beautiful clean “boutique style kick you buns” facility. I’ll definitely be back when in town for business!

Barre Forte is THE BEST!! The best instructors, super clean and so many choices for classes and times! They have free child care which is amazing I get to workout while my kids are being taken care! I can’t say enough good things about Barre Forte!!

All the instructors have been so welcoming and patient with me! These classes for sure push your limits but in the best way, I’m excited to keep showing up for myself!!

I have never had anything but a pleasant experience with Barre Forte. Each instructor offers something unique and I look forward to all of them. I have seen more positive changes in my body and energy with Barre than any other type of exercise I’ve tried in the past. ❤

Great environment. Love the friendships I've made and the positive energy that flows through this place! It's a judgement free zone and all the instructors help you with your form and encourage you the entire class. I tried my first class for free and have been hooked ever since.

I have never taken a barre class so I thought I would give it a try and I Love it!! I especially like the new kick boxing class. The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am only in the area for a few months and the owner, Heidi, worked with me so I was able to enroll without any long term contracts.

I was super nervous to go, due to this being a new and unknown experience. However, this was the most comfortable I have ever felt at any fitness establishment. The instructors were so sweet and the clients were also amazing. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had no problem explaining how to do any of the moves. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because of how impressed I was.

Barre has been such a blessing in my life. I needed something new and barre was exactly what I needed. The instructors are absolutely amazing. They have so much passion and make it so much fun to work out! For those of you who have zero dance experience and that is what held me back from starting sooner. So just try it! You won’t regret it!

Barre Forte is amazing! Very warm and welcoming. All of the instructors are great and the variety of classes keeps it fresh so you never get bored doing the same thing over and over. I invite everyone I know!

I love Barre Forte! The exercises are compatible for all fitness levels and the instructors change up the moves all the time. It's a great workout that you can really feel later, without dripping sweat!

Heidi is amazing and leads by example! She provides a very challenging workout that is effective. I also enjoy the friendships I have made since joining barre last July. I was apprehensive when I first joined, but absolutely love it now!

I absolutely love this studio!! I have been going to Barre Forte for a couple months now and I am totally addicted! The instructors are AMAZING and always give you a good burn 🔥If you’re looking for something new, give Barre Forte a chance!

The BEST WORKOUT!!! Holy moly. I can't safe enough good things. Class was amazing....teacher was on point and friendly. Feels like I found my new workout place! So happy. All the staff made me feel at home.

My first time back to in-person class in 2 years & it was everything I hoped it would be. ✔Challenging, but not unobtainable.
✔ Quick paced, but not hard to follow.
I left with my legs shaking & motivated to come back for more!!

This was my first time at a Barre class, I didn't know what to expect, it was so much FUN and a Great workout, who knew "small movements" could do that! I can't wait for my next class!
