The level of joy I have right now from having dealt with the best salesman ever, is something unbelievable. From the first text we sent, inquiring about needing a reliable vehicle to less than 24 hours later to driving off the lot with not only the car we wanted but with the fastest, easiest, most affordable car experience possible. Omar was amazing from the gate. He was fast with his responses and when he said give me ten minutes , he was in touch with you in nine minutes. He made a promise when we got their and he more than delivered. My driving record shows I like to go fast and he still made it happen and clearly wasn’t taken no for an answer from any insurance agency. We left with the best car, best prices, best customer service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely go see this guy if you want a car and you will leave with what you want. I went to get a vehicle from this dealership in November of 2022. I had the pleasure of working with Omar (Sales Professional) and Jose (Sales Manager) They were both very professional and courteous and worked hard to get me a deal on a beautiful truck! They made the trade-in experience very simple and hassle-free. They gave me a couple of options for warranties which I kindly declined - they were not pushy like other dealers. They were very transparent and explained the whole process - which took less than 1 hour.

My son and I went to Alvarez Motors to find him his 1st car, as he gets ready to go off to college. The Subaru Crosstrek we looked at matched the description online exactly. It was shared that all their cars are checked over really well for any repairs, service, or flaws before they arrive at the lot. We spoke to John over the phone and he took us on the test drive. He was very professional and friendly. Once we got down to discussing the numbers and filling out the paperwork, Omar was amazing. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. The finance dept. had to work extra hard to find a bank for the loan, as our son had no credit history starting out. I appreciated how they supported our goal to have the loan in his name, as there were easier options. Our buying experience at Alvarez Auto was a positive one and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car.

Great experience! Bought a great car from them that I did not expect them to have. Had been watching it for over a month. Went in and had a good experience with the team that works there. The next day they called with a lower rate that was found so I went in and got a little lower rate. I appreciate them calling back with the lower rate.
