Placed an online order but it didn’t show up on their end until after pick up time. They rushed and got the food done in record time! Food was delicious and fresh. Good size portions and restaurant was very clean inside.

You can support one of your local small businesses by trying this charming mom and pop’s Vietnamese restaurant. The food tastes amazing and healthy (a rare occurrence in America), has great portions, and is reasonably priced. You might have to wait a bit depending on how much food you order because everything is freshly made and is prepared only by the two mom and pop. The restaurant is clean, quiet, and can be a great place for any occurrence, such as having lunch during work to getting dinner while watching a game on the tv. I would recommend the wonton soup, egg rolls, and shrimp fried rice.

This is one of our family's favorite restaurants for over 30 years, so this review is long overdue. My husband loves the Vietnamese Crepe and my favorite is #82 Pork & Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli Bowl. Our kids love the Chicken Fried Rice and the Egg Noodle Soup. Their Pho is delish and their Vietnamese coffee is the best in town. It's a family owned and operated restaurant, a great place for lunch or dinner when you aren't in a rush and just want to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.

Great food and service by the owner. Our local cycling club had our monthly meeting in this quiet eatery. Try the Vietnamese crepe! Access and parking really good. My associates say the soups were very good. Prices are low, good value.

This is never a busy ma and pappa place, but that doesn't mean it's not good. It's actually really great, and prices are perfect on a budget. At dinner, if you get there at same time as others there is a little wait because the wife does all the cooking. Figured out a year ago that you can watch Seahawks in here without any noise. Give it a try, it is worth it. Support local.

We’ve appreciated Kim Anh’s relaxing atmosphere, efficient service, and great prices. We love to get the tofu Bahn Mi and vermicelli bowls. The couple running the business are lovely folks too!

The owner is really nice and always remembers what our usuals are. We have had deep fried egg rolls and spring rolls. We had had chicken, beef, rice noodle, egg noodle, asparagus and crab meat pho, and just recently tried the chicken curry soup. My boyfriend has also had their bahn mi's sandwiches. Everything that we have tried was very high quality and tasty. Waiting time is very fast when the owner is in, it seems slower when his wife is the only one there. The atmosphere is really warm and cozy, which makes it a great place for the fall and winter seasons or if you're sick and need some good hot soup.

The wonton soup is my favorite. Good food and great prices! And most importantly I have NEVER gotten bubble guts from eating there. Thank you for your integrity and friendliness.

Really good place to dine in enjoying its fresh hot meals. Good service and clean bathroom. Not too many people know about this place but I would rated best Asian place within University Place alone👍👍👍

Super friendly people, plus the Phone was top notch. I'm picky about Pho and his was really good; and you can order vegetables with your meat Pho.

Fresh and delicious! I have never had pho w/ cabbage, but it worked. I recommend the spring rolls.

I am a return customer. I do not how to describe it but their food remind me of mom's food: it does not wow me at first bite, but there's something about it that makes me want to keep going back, and I can really feel the love and care they put in their food.

Come here often, best broth (in the pho) I've ever had. Yellow noodle is also great would highly recommend
