Spencer is thorough! He took his time making sure our piano was perfect. He's tuned our antique piano twice now. His fee is very reasonable considering the time he spent. He's a great guy and pleasant to be around. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to friends/neighbors and have him back!

Spencer was recommended to me by a friend for piano tuning and repair. I contacted him after hours and he was able to make time to come out the very next day. He was able to identify the root cause of a problem immediately and fixed it super simply and inexpensively. I was impressed with him and how he treated my 90 year old piano. He tuned it and it plays like a dream now. I am so glad we call him and will be sure to call him again.

I am astounded by how incredible our piano sounds now. Spencer did an outstanding job getting our piano sounding better than it has in the past 20-30 years. I can't recommend them enough. :)

Spencer did an excellent job tuning my piano. Very thorough. I thought my piano sounded pretty nice before but now it sounds AMAZING!!! I love it! I will definitely call him again.

Spencer was so helpful. We came up for the weekend for a family party and had my daughter's D string break. He was able to help restring and tune my daughter's violin. Not only this but he noticed that she was keeping her bow tight while in the case. He showed her to loosen it to stop the bowing of it. Spencer and his family were so helpful to myself and my daughters. They let my youngest walk around and see and touch everything. I wish we still lived up north to be able to visit and learn from this sweet family. Highly recommend for all musical needs.

I am thoroughly impressed with my experience with Teton Music. Spencer was quick to respond to my emails and made setting up an appointment easy. When I arrived for my apt, Michelle made everything easy. I planned to rent a cello, but I had never played cello before. Michelle took the time to walk me through the basics of maintenance and set-up. She even walked me through the basic finger positions and had everything set up on the cello to make the finger positions easier to learn in the future. She tuned the cello before she gave it to me and taught me the basics of tuning. She answered all of my questions and was very willing to point me in the direction of other resources that could be helpful for me as I learned. My experience overall was quick, easy, painless, and so helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

They were warm and welcoming in inviting my family into their home. They went over the top making sure that my experience was perfect. The experience was about finding the perfect violin for me regardless of what price range that was. I was especially appreciative in how they took my non-common violin issues and worked with me. I do not believe I would have been as pleased elsewhere. The price and customer service were perfect. I left that night with the violin of my dreams and haven't stopped smiling since.
