Stopped in to look at a matching band for my engagement ring. Monaliza the assistant manager Hailey and Jerad were very nice and helped me find an EXACT match to my ring and had it sized and ready for me to take home under 24 hours.. Thank you Jared for accommodating my crazy schedule and being so fun to work with. Would give 6 stars if I could..

I had been looking all over to try and find somewhere to have my husbands Turquoise wedding ring deep cleaned and no one seemed to be able to clean it. I called Jared to see if they could do it before driving in. The woman on the phone said that she could look at it and to bring it in. When I got there I was met at the door by Hali who told me that they would not be able to do a deep clean on it because of the stone. Instead of sending me away again, like so many of the other jewelry stores, Hali gave me the name and address of a company that could help me. I was able to go to Mike's Custom Jewelry and get the ring cleaned and also get help on some of my other jewelry needs. I am so thankful for the help from Jared and their willingness to help their customers even if they have to send them elsewhere. This is amazing customer service. Thank you so much for your help!!!

I bought my wedding band here and had a wonderful experience! Mona helped me try on probably a million rings because I ended up being way pickier than I thought I'd be, but she was really patient and eventually helped me find the perfect ring (including all lab made diamonds)! She was also able to resize my engagement ring in a couple of days and steam cleaned both while I was there. I highly recommend Jared they were wonderful.

Haley is absolutely fantastic. I have a fiancée in the Philippines who is beautiful but poor; very poor. Her electricity was shut off for non-payment. Money was on the way, but not soon enough.

I was next door at Beans and Brews and decided to just take a look. Haley helped me decide in about an hour to do more than take a look. She asked to see photos and the attached photo was sent to the Philippines.

This is an engagement ring, so Ana Liza had an opportunity to approve the ring. It is beautiful. Happy ending - the money I sent arrived and she will have electricity.

I bought a watch here a few months ago and I needed something repaired on it. The store told me is would take 4-5 weeks for repair. Hali, who helped me, was amazing. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond and was able to fix the issue in the store and it's good as new. Hali saved me from sending my watch off for a month and represented the store well.

Monalisa is amazing! If you are looking for any piece of jewelry I highly recommend her! She is very detailed and not pushy like some sales associates. Even though we couldn't find a watch I will be going just to the Jared store to see her when I add more charms :) We we're greeted as soon as we walked in the store as well.

I bought my wife’s engagement ring at Jared and I could not be happier with the friendly professional service and the outstanding product they delivered. Monaliza worked with me through the whole process and was outstanding to work with. I was so pleased that we returned to Jared and also purchased our wedding rings here and, once again, they did not disappoint. Mona and the Jared staff did an amazing job setting our Parti Sapphire engagement ring. Customer service has been impeccable throughout the process of setting, sizing, etc. My fiancé and I could not be happier with how beautiful it came out. My [now] fiancé and I really enjoyed the experience working with Jared we worked with Mona and ended up with the perfect ring! We went in just hoping to look at what they had in store, and instead got a very personal experience. After exploring a few different styles our first visit, Mona brought in a small collection of rings from different jewelry designers, and helped us design something unique and fitting AND within our budget. The ring is incredible, my fiancé can't stop staring at it, and she's overwhelmed by the compliments. It's almost a shame we only get to do this once.

My husband and I went to Jared’s to upgrade my ring for our 7 year anniversary. We have great experiences every time we go to Jared’s. Sabrillya and Les were so helpful and so patient with us. We were a little indecisive, but they were so patient with us and so professional. They had the ring re-shanked with a new center-stone diamond in about 24 hours which is probably unheard of normally. When we went to pick up the ring and actually saw it, we were shocked (in a good way) because I didn’t they could make my ring look that different with a single diamond. They re-did the prongs and setting that the diamond goes into. It looks amazing. Thank you Sabrillya and Les!!!!!! Your team totally exceeded my expectations!!!! 😍

Each time I visit Jared, it is a wonderful experience. The staff there is truly excellent and their customer service is impeccable. I never feel pressure, nor do I feel or experience the "upsell" like other jewelers. I'm not a off the shelf person, I love creating and the crafters there, never disappoint! Even with the new transition of management the staff seems to take it almost seemlessly. There is always a little stress with the "new" but Jared on state street in Murray, shines like the diamonds they sell!

Been going to Jared's over a decade now, last manager dropped the ball and left me waiting 3 yrs for a ring that was supposedly coming only to find out they don't have that ring anymore nor does she even work there, so I'm left with a wedding ring that don't fit my ring finger, was depressing...

Got helped by Mona 2 months ago who took control of the bad situation I was in not only got something 100 times better but her service is why ill be coming back next week to pick up more stuff and be a lifetime customer, can't beat Mona honestly from her calling and communicating just keeping me in the loop for months till ring was on finger, amazing what she does!!

I hardly ever shop at chain jewelry stores, personally I’ve always been a mom and pop kinda guy. However, I needed some help with a piece of jewelry I bought my wife awhile ago and didn’t know where to go. I decided to give Jared’s a shot.
When I walked in Monaliza greeted me and didn’t even hesitate to help me out or listen to what I needed/how to help. Since that day, I’ve yet to walk into any other store even to look. I have gone back to this Jared’s time and time again always having Monaliza help my wife and I out. Every time we walk in there now, it’s going to see a friend not a sale person trying to push us into buying something. I personally couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jared’s has earned my business.

I ordered a ring online!! And the ring was horrible!! Boxing was horrible!! Never again will I order a ring online so I went into the store where I was greeted by Hali Webster who was very professional!! I wasn’t gonna ever used Jared again until talking to her!! She helped me pick out a beautiful ring for my fiancé!! I absolutely love Jared! The selection, the quality and the customer service is above and beyond. My husband and I have been purchasing jewelry from Jared for years. About a year ago I went in with a blurry picture of a necklace I saw someone wearing in a documentary. The first representative I spoke with had no idea what kind of necklace it was. This led me on an all day hunt. I went to every jewelry store from Murray to Sandy, no one could help me. When I got home disappointed my husband wanted to go back to Jared to see if maybe there was a manager who could help us. When we went in the next day Monaliza Fallejo was there, she took one look at the picture and knew exactly what kind of necklace it was. She walked me right over to it and that was it!! I have been working with her ever since!!!

Just recently my husband surprised me with an upgrade to the diamond in my wedding ring for our anniversary. We went in and she helped us find the perfect diamond and had it turned around in less than a week! I could not be happier! I absolutely love it!
