Big 5 Sporting Goods

We don't have Big 5 stores where I am from. I joined the email club and decided to see if they honor the specials. I was greeted by Zach who offered to help me. Not being from here I asked where the Nike socks were. He took me to the socks and pointed out all the styles. They are a lot cheaper here than the department stores. I also took advantage of their shoe sale going on. Thanks Zach! Great customer service.

The employees were very helpful. They helped me to find Everything I needed even though I didn't get it from that store. They helped me to go to the other stores.

The employees were respectful and helpful. They didn’t have what we wanted so they called other stores and gave us a discount for having to travel without us even asking. The entire team was well informed and knew how to help us. Great customer service is rare these days, but Big5 has still got it!

Went in to buy tennis shoes. Needed a good pair that would support my feet. I ended up trying on at least 10 different pair. Gentleman was very patient and very helpful getting me my size to try with the different shoes

It was my first time there. I was very impressed by the variety of shoes and boots available in the store. They also had a wide range of sizes so I found the size I need. My boots were already on sale but I got an extra 10% off by using an ad O received on my phone. The sales people were helpful and friendly. My husband and I will definitely go back again.

Was immediately greeted as I walked through the doors. Felt very welcomed! Took only a few minutes to locate item wanted. Was able the check out quickly. Cashier was friendly and wished me a happy holiday and a good evening! Great experience when shopping in busy Friday.

They have been super helpful when something is wrong with a product. Returns were fair and easy. I like doing business here. Rick Miller and several other staff members have been extremely helpful.

Came in for a life jacket. Wow... great for me they were on sale. Not many in the store, but a employee came and asked if I needed help. Nice job. Easy access from the street. Big parking lot. Store was bright and clean. Found items very easily. Look for their coupons in the paper and in mailers. You could save a couple of dollars. I feel they have Quaility items here.

Love how Big Ms. J's store is, such an amazing experience. Going there always reminds me how small my store is. Clean, and such variety to choose from for fun.

I bought a baseball glove and ended having a problem with it and I had lost my receipt. They were so willing to help me out that I will always go to Big five first for any sports equipment.

Somehow always find the product I need for the price I want it for and I'm a cheapo so I love this place once again they hooked me up got super cool cleats for the girls for Utah girls tackle football League this year but yeah they always seem to have what I need

The fella's here at this store are very helpful and knowledgeable about shoes... the selection they have isn't very good, but the guys sure knew all about the ones they did have... awesome store with awesome sales associates... A+

The staff at the 2 Big 5's we've been to the last 2 weeks were very friendly and helpful. One employee even helped us save 10% which we appreciated.

No less than 4 employees gave service to help my father to buy a pair of shoes today. The shoes were better looking, better priced, and more comfortable than anticipated. Thanks for a great experience!

Great experience witch zack! He was very helpful and went out of his way to provide excellent service! The manager or at least the dude wearing the byu golf polo was a douche! 5 stars for zack though! If it was only the other guy I’d leave 1 star! Will be back for zack

Very very helpful staff , they bend over backwards to make sure you have what you need. I got a great deal on some quality sunglasses and am very satisfied with them and the excellent customer service the provided me. I highly recommed this place as one of the best sports Stores in the city. ..
