I seriously had the most amazing experience. I went to go look at few colognes and fragrances and I went in having very limited experience or understanding of men’s colognes. Mason at the men’s fragrance counter was beyond amazing. He was knowledgeable, such a master at his craft, he helped guide me and walk me through exploring new scents as well as the intent and occasions to wear a given cologne. With this new understanding, I walked out with 6 new fragrances. I will be back and I’m so happy to have talked with Mason.

Please give Denny a raise! Outstanding customer service! Nordstrom is lucky to have him. Denny went out of his way and stayed after closing to help resolve my issue.

Came in for a last minute Christmas pickup and Sloan was SO kind and helpful! She went above and beyond & made it a great 10/10 experience. Will be back!

Usually I avoid going into Nordstroms unless I really need something or I'm in the market for a new perfume. The women's fragrance manager Nancy was so nice and helped me sample some new scents so I could pick out a new perfume when I'm ready. She's extremely pleasant and made looking for new scents a good experience.

Chaconne is why I keep coming back. She is a delight to deal with. She understands customer service and always has a smile for me. Doesn't hurt that she could sell me a broken vacuum lol.

Nordstroms is the place to go when shopping for new perfumes or colognes. They have someone standing at the counter to help you find a new or loved fragrance and will even supply you with multiple samples to take home and try.

Eziel is Amazing! There are not many places I go, that I feel like royalty. Thank you for always taking care of me and helping me learn what I need, that I didn’t know I needed. ✨🫶✨

Hey I’m just here to say thanks. I got a bad for my mom but I needed it for today or tomorrow in the morning, I went there to see if they could work it out for today and Aryssa and her coworkers helped me out with a smile and genuinity while I went shopping. Thanks for the hospitality.

Every staff member is friendly and helpful. Their return policy is very accommodating. The quality of their house brand clothing as well as the other lines they carry are all top notch in the men's department. Huge variety of beautiful women's clothing as well. Armando in men's clothing is awesome.

Always a fun experience. Our shoe salesman took great care of us and got my wife the size 8 dr marten combat boot and a sock to Try on with the shoes was a nice touch. Happy Anniversary Nordstroms

I had an amazing experience today at both Nordstrom and their restaurant. There was amazing service the whole time I was there. And the employees were so nice. The chef Katie was so nice! And the people in the fragrance section were so helpful and kind. I loved my experience at Nordstrom!

I went here for perfume shopping and I loved my experience. The perfume clerk was really nice and fun and helped me find some lovley choices. Speaking of, there is a huge selection of name brands and niche high quality perfumes. The shoe selection is lacking, especially for fashionable dress shoes but I still had a good time. Very enjoyable experience, would reccomend going here.

Last august, I came to this location to get clothes for work.( which is what my objective this go around was too) I had a not so great experience. I submitted a review and expressed said experience. Someone in management contacted me, and asked to give them another shot… it took me a year to do so. I expressed Nordstrom lost their way, and felt zero customer service. I expressed it used to be the pinnacle of customer service and I had felt that way from them in years

This go around, was a day and night difference. My consultant was Daniel, and holly hell, what a great experience I had. He gave me all of the time and attention and then some. I refuse to ever work with anyone else ever again. He was polite, remembered my name, gave great advice, and he actually gave a damn. Not pushy at all, treated me like I had the financial means, and didn’t view me as “kid” like I am often treated. Online shopping is much easier, but I love getting service. That’s exactly what I got, I will e returning after my temporary leave of absence and will only work with Daniel. He deserved his commission and much more!! Thank’s for turning my frown upside down.

I had a wonderful experience at Nordstrom on 9/23/22 at the Jo Malone perfume counter. A woman named Anna helped me. She was super helpful, friendly and professional. She was not pushy at all and made me feel comfortable asking all my questions. I left feeling like I had made a friend. I had walked all the way down the corridor of the mall and even turned the corner when she came running to find me. She had forgotten to put something in my bag and had come running to look for me. She went above and beyond in customer service. I will definitely be returning on my next trip down from Idaho.

Had best cold brew at their cafe before our shopping day inside started with women’s shoes and men’s shoes both area had great selections and friendly staffs, definitely love their Jo Malone selections as well. Need more time to spend here.
