I want to share my experience with Nereyda at express, she went above and beyond to help me out with my purchases. She stayed a bit over her shift to make sure I had enough time to buy what I need it. She even gave me extra time to pick my merchandise even though the store was already closed. I never felt rushed or pressure to leave. Outstanding customer services!

I had bought a black button up at a different Express and they forgot to take off the security device on it. I came in and asked Amber to help me with my dilemma and she got it sorted quickly for me. Thank you so much !

They did my online return exchange perfectly fine, unlike the City Creek and Ogden locations. However, customer service seems to be lacking since they were not the most welcoming, but more importantly, returning my item went smooth!
