We heard of the margaritas with beer so we gave it a try. What a great experience, food was fantastic, I had chicken enchiladas and my wife had a combination plate. Food was fantastic. The margaritas with dos xx was surprisingly good. We will be returning, top 5 Mexican restaurants we visited in Texas so far.

The food was great! This was my first time here. I walked in Starving, and left FULL!! I definitely recommend. The customer services was amazing and food was very delicious. My waitress was awesome. The food also came out fast and was fresh. Overall, if you’re in the area, this is a great place to eat! Won’t disappoint.

Always a solid choice for Mexican food. Service is friendly and prompt. They check on you often and genuinely care about you being satisfied. Food is very good and good sized portions… not huge but more just right.

The food and service here was outstanding. The prices are very reasonable for anyone. I plan on trying as much of the menu i can but so far i have been completely pleased. A must try if you are in the area.

Our Server was great never a dry glass on our table. Queso Was Good But The Salsa Was Amazing Good Flavor And Not Too Spicy. The Shell On The Taco Salad Was Crisp And Airy And Not Lacking On Flavor. The Refried Beans Had A Meaty Bold Flavor That I Will Be Craving Soon! Overall I Will Definitely Be Coming Back And Often!

A must-try for breakfast! We ordered a $6 brisket taco plate and a $7 egg combo plate. Love that even at breakfast the table still gets free chips/salsa. Our waiter was extremely attentive and even changed the tv to cartoons for our son without us asking him to. He just noticed we were watching the infomercials and changed it. The servings were huge for so cheap and the food was good. It was Saturday around 10am and it was pretty quiet - only 4 other tables of people. He said it gets busier around 11am.

Food and margaritas were excellent! Our server was very friendly and helpful since it was our first time there. We will be going back.

Quite possibly the best Tex Mex food in Princeton! I had the 3 chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce. Perfectly seasoned shredded chicken was delicious. Service was great! Nice and clean restaurant! Definitely will return!!

This place is fantastic! We came in with a large group for a last minute 30th wedding anniversary dinner for family members and this place never missed a beat. We ended up with 18 total (including the baby) and had 1 main server that did an awesome job. The food came out quickly once we ordered and I don't believe anyone had a complaint. My food was 😋 so good! I can't remember our waiter's name (sorry) but I want to say again how wonderful he was. Thank you Las Rocas! You rock!

First time we’ve ever been here we were driving from Greenville back to Plano and saw it on 380 in Princeton and pulled in and had lunch. It was so good salsa was good case it was good food was great. I hope they have a location closer to me.!!!!

Extremely friendly and attentive. I didn't eat, but had the house margarita, which was just OK. They had a mariachi band!
I will definitely return.

A hidden gem. Then again it was hard to find parking on a Thursday night so it may not be such a secret to Princeton locals. Happily make the 20 minute drive for some great Mexican food.

Service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend asking for Jose if he's available!

My favorites are the beef taco salad and the chicken fajitas. The fajitas come with all of the fixin's and are succulent and juicy. Of course they come on a hot skillet and the tortillas taste fresh as if they are made in house as well.

The salad is large and very nicely layered with shredded cheese (you can tell they grate it here because there are chunks and inconsistencies in size), melted queso, beans, beef, lettuce and tomato. Pretty sure I caught a hint of onion in there as well. They do put a nice dollop of sour cream and guacamole on the side too. I mixed everything together as evenly as I could and spooned in a little salsa for good measure. Very fresh and delicious!

All in all I look forward to eating here again. It's always a pleasant experience. As busy as they were there was no wait!

The staff is always great. Melanie and Kate are the best. The owners are nice and always working hard with the staff.

Our waitress was Karen, she was fabulous! Her customer service was top-tier. The restaurant was very clean and the food came out fresh and quick. We ordered the fajitas for two and there was so much food on the skillet we ended up having to take some home! The taste was amazing and the meat tender!
