Vista RV Community

My family really enjoyed our time (5 months) at Vista RV Community (Site 205). You will not find a better priced COVERED RV spot this close to the east side of Dallas. This is a newly renovated RV resort with some amenities still in progress (playground and possibly a pool).

When we first moved in, they had some old tenants that were rough around the edges however the staff was quick to remove them since they did not follow the new rules. When these individuals left, they left the bad reviews that you see below.

Amenities - The park is gated and fully concrete with several speed bumps and street lighting throughout the park. The outdoor recreation area is amazing with a huge raised cooking fire pit and a solo stove with comfortable chairs. This area also has a putting green and several tables. There is a workout area and laundry room that is always kept clean. Each site has a storage shed which really comes in handy when you are full time. This park has 2 dog parks, 1 of the dog parks is split and has an area for smaller dogs. This area is well maintained by staff and there are supplied dog bags and waste baskets. Every week a professional mowing crew maintains the grounds to keep it looking great.

Staff - I was shocked to see the owners show up as often as they do. You can really tell they have put their hearts into making this place great. They always decorated for the season or holidays and it really made this place feel like home. The park manager Renee (referred to as the Karen in some older comments) is the right person to manage this place. Renee has really done an amazing job enforcing rules and is always very helpful and responsive. Once this place opened, we had difficulties getting our mail due to USPS, Renee worked constantly to have this issue resolved quickly. I strongly believe Renee and the owners really want to see the majority of this place being long term community that you can call home. Dan was an original tenant and is now responsible for maintaining the ground. Dan does a great job when people leave that were long term, he power washes the sites and gets them ready for the next person. Dan keeps the common areas clean and well maintained. While I was having issues with USPS, sometimes my mail would be delivered to the business mailbox. Dan would make sure to hand deliver my mail to me. Dan is a really good person and I was impressed by how hard he works and cares about the RV park.

We left due to buying a home in the area. Our family really enjoyed our time here and hated to leave. THANK YOU!!!

Super nice RV park, covered roofs for some lots, 2 dog parks, washer/dryer facilities, and a small putting green!

We absolutely love it here. Nice country setting and very family friendly. The park manager, Brian, is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. It's clean and quiet here. Brian does a great job of maintaining the property and is really helpful. Great rates.

Stayed here for over a month. Management is helpful and caring. New park. Large dog park was a great bonus. Large lots that are well graded. Very quiet,peaceful, and safe. Less than 2 miles from laundry and Walmart. Definitely recomend.

Supervising the concrete trucks rolling in to make the pads and drive. This area will be gorgeous once the build is complete.

Great place to stay with your RV! They are currently updating and renovating to make things even better for the future!

Very fair rates, full sewer and electric hook ups. New park so we are still waiting on wifi but that will be included too. Very nice owner, would recommend.

The owner is real nice, the place is affordable, no amenities as of yet. But the park has only been open for like three months.

The best.......was there when brand new and first opened and back again now. Quiet, clean w/ constant upgrades.......great management!

Awesome people.. great small park. Its still expanding so you need to be ok with that.
