Matt Pruitt: Allstate Insurance

Great insurance company. I switched from State-farm. They were terrible. Matt Pruitt from Allstate made our experience pleasant and simple and did for us much more than other companies have.

Awesome group, took care of my every need. Made insurance so much easier than the “other guys”. Highly recommend!

Two weeks ago, I was involved in a car accident, and I contacted Allstate for assistance. The process was incredibly efficient, and everything was resolved swiftly. I received a rental car, and my vehicle was promptly towed to the repair shop. This incident marked my first experience with a car accident.

Allen is great to work with. He always responds quickly with any questions or needs that we have. I would highly recommend him.

When I call in for assistance, the staff in the Matt Pruitt Allstate office takes care of my needs quickly & efficiently!
In December I was trying to make changes to our policy via the Allstate website, thinking that would be faster & easier. Of course, there was some issue with the website but we kept trying for 2 days. Then I finally called in to the local Allstate office of Matt Pruitt and my issue was taken care of in 5 minutes by Lynn! I told her I would make sure to just call in when I needed assistance in the future.
In the past I have even stopped at their local office and have been taken care of quickly as well.

I appreciate Tri Ho at Allstate for his professionalism and prompt support. He has always been reliable in answering my questions as well as making sure i understand my policy. For that he got me locked in as a customers for the past 5 plus years.

Agents are very knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure, only great recommendations on ways to get you better savings. For an added discount, our agent recommended our family to take an online defensive driving course. I did it for the discount, but the course was very helpful and I am a better driver now for it. Would highly recommend Allstate.

Customer service is wonderful, I don't have much to complain about. They do what needs to be done and are there for you when you need them.

Anna was so amazing to talk to. I had a few questions about my policy and she was extremely fast and accurate with answering them. I might pay a little less with a different company but her customer service made me stay with Allstate.

The people who work at this office are always professional and courteous. I have dealt with them on a claim where my daughter was a fault and a claim where I was not at fault and their help and customer service was impeccable.
