Have been going through the Starbucks for over six years Ever since Jeff, the new manager has taken over Have had nonstop issues. All employees are generally rude,short,disrespectful and the orders are wrong and you have to come back in and tell them that they got your order wrong and they have an attitude and give you problems Jeff is an extremely discriminatory person They have a very big problem, rewards discounts or points has been an ongoing thing for over a year

everybody is so polite and very kind they want to make everyone happy and that's what they do.Jeff is the manager and also a veteran...thank u Jeff for ur service. thank u Haley for your kindness.

The best place in town.... perfect location and great people to...!!

Always awesome but this day they we're slow and if l didn't ask them for my order they just look over me. I was not very happy.

I have been hanging out in Starbucks for years. It is a great place to do business and on my part to do my daily devotional in my Bible. I get there very early in the morning and it's peaceful. I love my baristas they treat me like royalty.

I am writing this review because I genuinely believe that this is the best Starbucks in the country. I am from Dallas, and currently live in Miami. I am relatively well-traveled and have been to many Starbucks in the United States. Every time I go to this Starbucks, I am never, ever, disappointed. The drinks are ALWAYS amazing. Frappuccinos are a delicate art, and many locations do it wrong. However, this location is always perfect. I would say I’ve been going here maybe twice a year since around 2016. Some years more, some less. Nonetheless, the Gainsville, Texas Starbucks location takes the cake as the very best Starbucks I have ever been to- every time I go.

Their caramel iced lattes are the best around and if I have a little extra change in my purse I also order a cream cheese crassant, they are baked fresh daily and they melt in your mouth 👄

First off the partners here are awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I always ask if Kalie could make my refresher, that girl is on point when it comes to making the refreshers and green teas

Well made drinks in a timely manner.

I didn't have any food, we just grabbed coffee. There was plenty of parking for Is us to park our Tow truck. They were quick and efficient and really held up to Starbucks standards.

Went through the drive thru. The line was long but the cars were moving pretty fast. I have a very complicated chia tea order. The gentlemen taking the order got it right the first time! Got to the window. He smiled and was friendly. That's rare these days in the service industry. My drink tasted perfect! Love their rewards program too.

Not bad, was SUPRIZED they had the peppermint mocha in stock. And one was told it's there , now, All YEAR.... EXELLENT...STAFF, spot on helpful. Busy morning traffic, but the girls are always so friendly and cheerful, and the coffees are always good! This Starbucks store is my favorite one.

Excellent service and when I came by with an order for 5 of the largest sizes, forgive me I don't remember the name, plus some food on whim they were very kind even though I understand what it's like getting a large order like that while busy during the food industry the workers seemed unphased and got our items out relatively fast. 👍

Love Starbucks. I just wish the entrance didn't leave you stuck in the street blocking traffic. I bet you would get even more business if you had a larger drive thru. I saw three cars leave while I waited. Besides that, wonderful place excellent staff.

Normally don't go to Starbucks but I went to pick up a few coffees for some friends and even though it was busy, the staff was really friendly and helpful!! I will definitely be going back!

I love, love, love this location! However, their parking lot leaves ALOT to be desired. As in, it's not nearly big enough for the amount of drive through and lobby traffic they get. However, they are always upbeat and friendly, and have quick service!
