I have visited a lot of Cavenders locations around Texas and this one by far is the best! The young ladies working were very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They truly cared about helping, made great recommendations, honest about what matched me not just trying to sell me something. The personalization they put into it made them shine!! Sadly not all locations are pleasant to shop in but the next time in Gainesville this will be one on my shopping list!!

Staff was very patient with us trying to find new boots for a three and a five year old. The employees spend more than 30 minutes with us and very kind.
